Kolerevic described three fundamental type of fabrication techniques in the reading. Outline the three techniques and discuss the potential of Computer Numeric Controlled fabrication with parametric modelling. (150 words max)
The three different forms of frabrication techniques which have been mentioned in reading are subtractive, addaitive and formative. 1. substractive: the final target is carved out of a larger pieces of material using CNC machiney,for example, laser cuting 2. addative: is to build into a layer, for instance 3d printing 3. formative: it use heat and fire as the processing power to modelling, it allows ue to form very complex shapes, can it will save lots of time, for example: CNC machiney The protenital of Computer Numeric Controlled frabrication is limitless, it can model parametric model, which will allows us to form more complicated forms and saving lots of time, and the model it can created will can have varations and iterations.
The process of creating the surface was stranight follow the technique which shows in workshop sections. There are 4 points which can be controlled by list item to choose which point l pefer to choose, after that, 4 points will be likned together to create a surface, at this stage, l just foucus on the aesthetic of the formation between 2 panels, whether them have intersections or not.
Week Four Panels & Waffle
The idea behind two surfaces is that use dispatch technique to create the the repeat formation of two pattern. Meanwhile, due to the same patterns are utilized in two different surface, the relstionship has been clearly presented.
The waffle structure was inspired by a twissed towerr designed by Janpanese architect Kengo Kuma, so l designed the waffle structure as the twissed structural interior space. This structure will provides different view experience for visitors.

The next step was put number all of the sections and bake out
The laser cut files have been started after l have finished creating two panels. After finishing creating the patterns, l have used command which are called ‘mesh’ to make the polysurface into the mesh, after l use the command which is called ‘mesh to nurbs’, laterly l have used the nurb surfaces to unroll surface. Then l use the command which has been taught in fodr module 3 is called ‘pt_tab’, in order to creating the tabs around the unroll surface.
The first step of boolean form is the create all set up with grasshopper, The basic of step was followed to the workshop, l used the different types of solid in lunchbox, l have chose 2 different types of solid, bowever base on the space of the page, l have just put one type of it. The another one is relativly, just have slightly difference on the choosen of solids. The second image shows the soild l have created which is used for boolean to the inital soild, third image showed the process of boolean. During the process of boolean, l have used a command which is called â€˜boolean_differenceâ€™. The final image shows the outcome of the shape. The seconf line was fullfilled in the rhino, not in grasshopper. I jusr wonder is there any chance to do those steps in grasshopper, which will become more efficiency.
Base on l have three different lines of the soilds, so would like to show all types of it. Meanwhile, l have done some precendent study, l have found the sybolism of the platonic solids, which are make up all livings things, so l have chosen 2 or those platonic soilds to increase the scarity and mysterious feeling to visitor. Meanwhile, l have noticed those soilds were widly used for the temples. Thus l have designed this kinds of forms. After the process of boolean, the neagtive and postive space have been created. Some of of openings are wrapped by the rose window, which will also offer a mysterious sense to people. There are four entrances of the temple, which offers more chances for people to have different visual experiences. To consider of human demanding, two of the entrance hace slight slope of the roof, which provides a way of people to walk and sit above the temple, to have a good view of surrounding area.
Week Six Task 01
Task 01 Matrix The first version of two panels is just one of the chance l have made before. However l have found the interesting things between the cast thicket and the developement of the panels, The following three panels are based on the techniques of cast thicket. The first is the inital part part of thicket, they grow in the same directions, after that, they generate, they become the a little bit of twissed thing, finally they become the twised things, which have a relationship between interior twissed structural waffle. The structure of waffle was inspired by a twissed building, in each layers, it has twissed green planets around the building to form such form.
Week Six Task 02
Task 02 Matrix Comment on the choices you have made while iterating on task 2. Which versions your chose to develop and why? As l have mentioned those soilds l have chosen was inspired by the symbolism of the platonic soilds, which make up all living things, l have tries many organzation of the different organzations of those soilds, in addation, by considering the significance of the combination of meanings, Thus, l have choose the combination which is tetrahedron (fire) + air (octahedron) + tetrahedron (fire)signifies the careful balaace of mulitiple forces, and the concept which fit with the concept of design such form like temples.

How to use makerbot printer? Makerbot is the tool of print 3d model, l have learned it form the workshop session. Firstly, l have make the model in rhino, after that, l have set all requirements for the print, Then l click the bottom to see the expected time using. I have tried many difference ways to figure out the time, because l have use more than 9hr. Thus, l have change slightly to fit the tmaximun time spending.
