About Fish & Meat Fish & Meat is located at 32 Wyndham Mansions opposite the FCC and Fringe Club. Our entrance is on Glenealy Street, which seems to be a street we all use regularly but never knew the name! It’s the steep street that comes down from Mid Levels. Ingredient focused cooking brought to you by Maximal Concepts, the creators of the award winning restaurants Blue Butcher and Brickhouse.

Fish & Meat simply focuses on the best produce, and techniques, to deliver fresh seafood, homemade pasta and farm-to-table cooking.
