EB RP Get ready to burn fat, sculpt muscles, and have fun. Barre focuses on conditioning and toning the entire body. By blending classical ballet exercises, Pilates, and traditional conditioning movements, Barre develops muscular endurance, dynamic balance, flexibility, posture, and core strength.
