Australind Just 10km to the north of Koombana Bay, is the Leschenault Peninsuala Conservation Park, home to more than 60 species of native Australian waterbirds and a broad palette of flora and fauna. Enjoy a relaxed picnic in one of the many picnic spots or pack your tent and stay in one of the designated camping areas inside the park.

Capel Located just 20 minutes south of Bunbury, Capel is the beginning of your Geographe Bay experience. Capel has the only remaining natural occurring Tuart Forest in the world which is home to a diverse range of flora and fauna. There are plenty of places for a picnic including the stunning Ironstone Gully Falls which is set amongst the tall Jarrah Forest. 19
