Minimum educational Qualifications& Experience
Master’s Degree in Veterinary Science(M.V.Sc.) / M.Pharm. / M.Sc. in Life Sciences / Equivalent qualification with relevant specialization with first class or equivalent grade (6.5 on 10 point scale or 60% marks) and consistent academic record with minimum 3 years’ experience in molecular biology techniques/ microinjection / cryopreservation/ animal health monitoring / genotyping
Preference
Candidates with experience genotyping will be preferred.
Job requirement
The incumbent is expected to perform cryopreservation and genotyping activities and also experiments involving transgenic and knockout lines. The incumbent is also expected to be involved in day-to-day function of the Animal House Facility.
Tenure of the appointment
Up to March 17, 2021, extendable for further period subject to satisfactory performance of the incumbent and continuation of the project.
Consolidated emoluments
Rs. 60,000/- per month
