MITBIO offering course in Environmental Bioengineering MIT School of Bioengineering Sciences and Research (MITBIO) located at MIT Art, Design and Technology University, Loni Kalbhor, Pune is offering M.Tech (2 years) in Environmental Bioengineering to cater to the growing demand in the field of environmental engineering. The students will be sensitized and trained in real world problems especially in the Indian context for maintaining the ecological sanctity. Accordingly the course has been designed with a very practical view to inspire the younger generation of bachelor degree holders to pursue a career in environmental sustainability engineering at our esteemed institute endowed with good teaching and research facilities. The minimum duration of M.Tech. program will be for 4 semesters (24 months). The minimum credit requirement for the degree program will be 60 credits including project (20 credits) and course work (40 credits) Description:

Admission Process
B.Tech /BE degree in Environmental Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Ceramic Technology / Mechanical / Metallurgy/ Civil Engineering/Mining Engineering/Biochemical Engineering / Biotechnology or other allied Engineering Branches is required with minimum 50 % marks in aggregate or equivalent and a valid GATE score is recommended. University will communicate to the selected students via email & post.
At the end of the program the student will be expected to have:
