The Executive Officer (EO) in consultation with all staff, will design, implement, monitor and evaluate a yearly program of activities to address the need to both reduce the impact of stress on employees, and prevent stressful work practices. The program of activities could include: 

Staff development on stress reduction

Debriefing opportunities within supervision sessions

Not accruing TOIL over agreed upon hours

Adherence to Work Health and Safety guidelines

Examination of work practices.
