Policy Statement In order to build on its strength and provide the best possible service to clients, The Brain Injury Network of South Australia Inc. (BINSA) is committed to proactively planning and reviewing operations to improve quality services and ultimately achieve best outcomes, for people with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and their families/carers. BINSA will continue to have in place a quality system to meet the requirements of staff, clients and the Purpose, Beliefs and Values of the organisation. BINSA recognises that the quality system for a service organisation must be dynamic and responsive to staff and clients requirements.
