VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL! VBS week is here—Babylon: Daniel’s Courage in Captivity—is June 18-22 from 9:00-11:30 am. There is still time to register. VBS is for children K-5th grade. Cost is $20 per child, or $50 for 3 or more children in a family. Scholarships are available. Popcorn Preview This Sunday, June 17, we will have popcorn for Community Time as a preview of VBS
DISASTER RELIEF Thanks to your generous response, we have sent World Relief $1,195 for disaster relief to face the needs that may arise in the coming months.
Women, sing in the Father’s Day Choir this Sunday. Join Sarah Thomson upstairs in the choir room at 10 am this Sunday to rehearse a simple hymn for Father’s Day, and plan to sing for the 10:31 service.

Needed: Side Dishes & Friendly Presbyterian People Where: VBS Picnic on the grassy field When: Wednesday, June 20, 5:30-7:30 pm Why: Free outreach meal offered by us for the VBS students & their families. All of you are encouraged to attend the VBS picnic and visit with lots of new people who have been attending our incredible VBS. Please bring a side dish large enough to serve 12 people – potato salad, coleslaw, jello salad, baked beans, three bean salad, deviled eggs, fruit plate, veggie plate, - whatever your favorite dish might be. Fellowship will provide the hamburgers, hotdogs, chips, drinks and dessert. This is a free outreach meal that we offer with your help. And believe us, we do need your help. So please bring your side dish and help us serve dinner to 250+ people. Yes, 250+ people. Sarah & Vanessa have TWO DRY JUMP HOUSES, ONE FOR OLDER YOUTH AND ONE FOR YOUNGER CHILDREN. The summer interns will be there to add to the fun. Come and meet lots of new people and enjoy an incredible evening with many families.

SUMMER SERMON SERIES This summer we are taking a whirlwind bird’s eye look at the sweep of God’s self-revelation and unfolding love presented to us in His word the Scriptures. In His sermon series “A Good Summer Read” Pastor Albert, along with guest preachers Gil Alden and Stan Hughes, will journey us through the scriptures hitting some of the highlights so we can get a better understanding of its sweep and scope. Plan now to join us each week as we make our way through the Old and New Testaments hitting the highlights of God’s Covenant Grace.

The Bible in 90 Days Are you ready for the challenge?! Adult ministry for the summer is reading the Bible in 90 days. Class meets in the Chapel on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-7:30 pm with DVD study.
YOUTH CAR WASHES Mark your calendars now for the youth car wash fundraisers this summer. Saturday, July 7, at Napa from 10-4pm and Sunday, August 5 from 12-4 pm. $10 suggested donation, and we will have tickets for sale starting this upcoming Sunday.
