đ&#x;š† EXCELLENT LOCATION The WTC is located in the bustling business district of Zurich-Nord – directly opposite the headquarters of Swiss Television. Thanks to its proximity to the city centre, the motorways and Zurich International Airport, the WTC is within easy reach.

⌂ LARGE SPACE No matter whether you have a small business meeting or a great assembly: the WTC offers 14 different spaces with 21-400 square meters each suitable for all occasions. All rooms are on the ground floor and the entrance is accessible even for vans.

squarekey FAIR PRICES Our offer is clear and simple: for all rooms in the World Trade Center, we offer half-day and day rental. Our prices include space deployment, flipchart, tables, chairs and basic lighting.

Meet INDIVIDUAL SEATING The configuration of rooms is adaptable: tables in block, U-shape or standard arrangement we set up all spaces according to customer wishes.

FLOWCHART MULTIFUNCTIONAL ROOMS Some rooms in the WTC are divided and can be customized with regard to furniture and technical installations to the most diverse uses: seminars, trainings, conferences, meetings, fairs, business dinners or even weddings.

✱ HIGH REQUIREMENTS In the World Trade Center we offer you high quality services: our tables are of solid wood and all the chairs are padded and ergonomically shaped. The entire building is accessible by wheelchair.

film STATE OF THE ART EVENT TECHNIQUE We have the state-of-the-art event technique for every occasion. Sound, light and video: only the most modern equipment is used - for top-class events in the World Trade Center. We offer our customers a wide range of technical packages and individual devices for rent.

ADD TOP SERVICE We ensure the smooth running of the event and remain on-site until it is finished. We also support our customers when it comes to booking a hotel, fetching flowers or booking a host. We take care of the whole spectrum of client requirements.

wine OPTIMAL RESTORATION In the WTC, enjoyment should not be missed. We are equipped for every need, be it coffee in the morning, lunch buffet and gala dinner. The restaurant «The Traders» offers in-house catering or we can help finding an external caterer.

The WTC offers 14 multifunctional rooms with high-quality facilities and state-of-the-art technology for events of any kind. Thanks to the location of the event and conference area on the ground floor, access for guests is easy and even trucks can drive in directly for deliveries. No matter whether it’s 5, 50 or 500 persons - the WTC offers spaces of all sizes, which can easily be adapted to the most diverse needs: car salons, general meetings, fashion shows or product presentations are being held at the WTC.

DEPLOYMENT OF THE ROOMS

The price includes the deployment of the rooms, 1 flip chart, tables, chairs and lighting. In the room Paris, New York, Tokyo, Dubai, Cape Town and Mumbai the walls can be usedas a projection surface.

STATE OF THE ART TECHNIQUE FOR YOUR EVENTS

Almost every event depends on the appropriate technology: the sound should be pure and the image clear - we take care for it. In most rooms the walls can be used as a projection surface and are equipped with a high-quality HD video projector. In order to provide our customers with the necessary professional technical assistance, we work together with Megatron Veranstaltungstechnik AG, whose professionals like to serve you on the spot.

The restaurant «The Traders» is located on the ground floor of the WTC. Here guests can enjoy uncomplicated and light cuisine with a high demand of freshness and quality. Thanks to the open-plan kitchen, it is possible to watch over the shoulders of the professionals. During the warm months of the year, the terrace invites you to spend some time for enjoyment and relaxation. The Club, a separate area of the restaurant, provides for private meetings during business lunches. The WTC is located in Zurich North, opposite the headquarters of Swiss Television, near the Glattpark and only 16 minutes away by train from Zurich airport. No matter from what direction you will arrive – the WTC is easily reachable by road or train.

đ&#x;š† PUBLIC TRANSPORT Take the S-train from Zurich main station to the Oerlikon train station. From there, take the tram line no. 11 and get off at the station television studio. From Zurich airport, take the tram line no. 12 and get off at the station television studio. From the tram station it is a 200 meter walk along the Leutschenbachstrasse to the WTC.
