Located in the heart of Heliopolis, ESCĀ’s authentic Mediterranean decor was designed by the Alchemy Design Studio. ESCĀ’s menu offers a truly exceptional dining experience with creative twists which have been tailored by their Celebrity Chef, Wessam Massoud. Wessam Massoud is the executive Chef alongside their head chef, Mostafa Seif who was the winner of Top Chef Middle East. Diners at this contemporary fusion restaurant will not be disappointed with the range of dishes offering fresh ingredients merged together in a blend of sweet, salty and sour. ESCĀ’s menu takes guests on a trip around the world, with dishes like the Chinese Beef Bao Buns, Italian Black Risotto and for meat lovers; certified American Angus Beef and Prime Australian Fillet. Because presentation is as important as taste, the chefs style their dishes with gorgeously colorful edible-flowers.

Lux Lucis Principe Forte Dei Marmi - Italy LUX LUCIS is home to the Michelin-starred cuisine of Chef Valentino Cassanelli. Situated on the rooftop of Hotel Principe Forte dei Marmi, in a stunning landscape caught between mountains and sea, the 24-seat restaurant is ideally positioned to capture the aureate evening light, offering panoramic views over the town’s stone pines to the Apuan Alps in the east and westwards over the Tyrrhenian Sea. The restaurant was awarded its first Michelin star in 2017.
