READ. THINK. LEARN. ENJOY THE ARTS.

The new year is a popular time to set goals and your library is here to help you make those resolutions stick. Whether you want to learn a new language, a new hobby, or increase your reading, we have free resources, programs, and books available for you.

The Library is looking forward to Black History Month in February to celebrate the accomplishments and contributions of Black Americans to our country. Join us for special events throughout. The cover of our booklet is a photograph of Judy Johnson. Johnson was born in Snow Hill, Maryland in 1899 and is regarded as one of the greatest third basemen of the Negro leagues. In 1975, he was elected into the Baseball Hall of Fame. The Snow Hill Library is proud to have the Judy Johnson monument on site, erected by the Worcester County Historical Society.
