bloom bluË?m/ noun
a state or time of high development or achievement
This year, the Woodstock community was planted with many seeds of change. But it is times like these that elicit the greatness of this school. The strength rooted within the people branched out when faced with these challenges and showed the community’s potential for achievement. When people look back on this year, they will see Woodstock’s true capacity to “bloom”.

midlands open house
This year marked a comeback for the Midlands Open House in Woodstock. Midlands was beautifully decorated representing the themes of fall and Halloween, with pumpkins lining the paths of Midlands. The carnival was vibrant and filled with enthusiasm. Midlands girls prepared waffles, butter chicken, yummy hot dogs, and caramelised apples. There were many games such as water balloon 8

throw, donkey’s tail, bowling and basketball challenges. Apart from the festive environment, Midlands girls prepared a flash mob which left everybody in awe of their dancing skills. Students enjoyed music, dancing and food from the local vendors. The evening ended with a special dinner and lots of goodies! Students from other dorms and staff got a glance of what this amazing dorm is really like. 9

ACTIVITY WEEK 18
Every year before Winter break all students leave for a week long outing to explore and be a part of the world outside Woodstock. These students engage with different environments and circumstances around India. Some students may be riding camels
in Rajasthan, while others might be greeting His Holiness the Dalai Lama in Dharamshala. The tenth graders prepare themselves every year to embark on a five day hike to some of the famous peaks in Uttarakhand. At the same time the eighth graders pack things in plastic as they raft along the Ganga. Activity weeks in Woodstock are often synonymous with growth and adventure as students look back at them later with a nostalgic smile. 19

Jazz Jam Whether it was Alli’s melodic voice, or Veer and Sabrina’s duet that got everybody to dance or Mubaraq’s musical tones on the guitar, Jazz Jam was definitely a worthwhile event. It was organised by Class of 2021, and their hardwork and dedication paid off! The food was delicious! The finger lickin’ honey chicken, and the creamy red velvet cake made everybody’s mouth water. It made everyone happy to be around all that jazz..

SENIOR SCHOOL 30.454963 °, 78.100654 °
At the start of each year, Woodstock holds its traditional “Friendship Day”, the day where Grade 12 and Grade 9 group together and dress up! It is a way for the oldest class and youngest class to form a bond and welcome the freshmen into High School, as well as to have a bit of fun! The costumes this year ranged from Climbers and their climbing wall to Kelsangs’ delivery men to an Indian family to “the 80s”. The winners for the best costume were the group of nine students who dressed up as Disney villains..

Sadie Hawkins Walking in a Winter Wonderland, with snowflakes and all shades blue and white, everybody had a wonderful time during this year’s Sadie Hawkins event. The beautiful decorations began in the quad and then continued to the high school hallway where people were guided to Parker Hall by snowy trees lit with fairy lights.A job well done to the SAC heads and reps for the amount of effort put into making it really feel like a Winter Wonderland!
From a date going terribly wrong at the circus to watching an opera , or shopping for clothes to walking on ice through a haunted house, this year’s Spring Drama Production was filled with the strangest things ever! Woodstock’s Improv team which consisted of six highly skilled performers worked hard to perform in “A Night Of Improv”. The crew was exceptionally funny and left everybody laughing and dancing in the end. It was definitely a night to be remembered!

Cirque d’ imperium
This year’s circus themed Talent Show had stunning performances from music to dance to aerials, ending, of course, with the “senior surprise”. Jojo, the clown and host, kept everybody amused and laughing with his jokes and tricks. Mrs. Long’s ventriloquy left everyone in amazement. Everyone was in awe of Ms.Swati and Mr.Robertson’s singing performance. Imperium did a wonderful job with circus decorations and food from Little Llama’s and Pyuthani. This will be a talent show everyone with remember. This is one of the most awaited Woodstock highlights of the year and turned out be a huge success amongst all!

the get down
This year’s fall drama production in Woodstock was amazing as always! The play turned out to be a wonderful experience. Subho Basu, grade 12, adapted the play “The Get Down” from the TV series about the lives of starry eyed teens from The Bronx aspiring to be rappers, singers and DJs. It was a high energy show, filled with enthusiasm, dance and movement. The cast and crew of The Get Down worked tirelessly to present this show and put in immense effort to make the play a great success, filled with dance and music on a colourful set that extended beyond the stage. 97
THE GYMNASIUM 30.454625°, 78.101250 °
August 15 is a day for celebration for the Indians and the Koreans as they commemorate Independence Day together. All the Woodstock students, dressed in their or another country’s traditional costume, seat themselves in the school gym. Before hoisting the flag, the Korean students engaged the audience with a traditional game 102
called Cha Jeon Nori while the audience, which was divided into blue and red teams, cheered with vigour. The Indian flag is hoisted by the oldest Indian student at Woodstock, which this year were Jayant Singh and Avanya Joab. Following the flag raising was a bhangra performance so enthusiastic it caused the students to jump down and join in.
Goal-a-thon kicked off in the first week of September with a full three days of nonstop football. This year’s teams raised a total of 1.5 lakhs to help finance water conservation and harvesting in the nearby Sanathan Dharam village. The winner in the girls was the Girls Staff Team and Senior Boys Football Team Cuddle Crew won in the Boys division. Unreal Madrid Team raised the most amount of money for charity this year. Goal-a-thon this year really rocked Woodstock again!
“And that’s a Swish!” An annual event to raise money for charity, students from grades 8 through 12 compete with each other in Swish-a-thon. Cuddle Crew, the senior boys team, won the tournament in the Boys category and ADIDAB, Grade 11 girls team, bagged first place in the girls category. The overlap with Holi resulted in students playing with colour still on their face. It was a great three days of basketball!
“And that’s a shot!” The traditional Win Mumby Basketball tournament took place in November 2017. With various schools from all over India, the competition level was definitely high with exceptional play and sportsmanship. The WS Senior Girls and Boys’ teams played their finest in really intense games that kept the audience on their feet. The Win Mumby Tournament has been a Pride for Woodstock for the past seventeen years and will continue to be so! 108

Answer Key for all you cheaters!
ADVISOR Spring 2018: Dear Aanik, Avanya, Ishaan, Jay, Noah, Passa, Summer, Tanuj, Tsephell, Yala, Mr. Shaw and I have had the privilege of walking along side you these past 3-4 years. Most of you have been with us for the entire four years! As we reminisced, the following came to mind: Remember the time I (Mrs. Shaw) was so desperate to get you to talk that I made you sit in a circle with me in the library? Yeah—that didn’t go so well. Flash forward to senior year advisor night; and you are sitting in row on my dining room floor, giving one another shoulder massages, chatting away about life. Mr. Shaw and I remember Rokeby for dinner; and attempting to go to the graveyard at night, but everyone started to make excuses why we couldn’t go—so we didn’t. We will remember Tanuj selflessly cooking shrimp and meat for our Mexican Food night, even though he was tired. We will remember Yala’s sweet, endearing smile and her ability to crack backs; Avanya’s strong determination in pretty much everything she does, and Noah’s sense of style (plus making him eggless pancakes/cakes). We will remember Passa’s fierceness while playing on the basketball team and Tsephell’s amazing leadership when she was class Gov. We will remember Jay’s easy-going temperament and willingness to help. If a wizard is never late (Lord of the Rings)—then Aanik is our wizard! I will remember Ishaan having debates over religion as we all munched on popcorn at Hanifl center while waiting for our pizzas. And we will remember Summer’s poise and quiet elegance. Our lives are forever intertwined. We wish many blessings on each of you! May you find contentment, love, peace, and joy! Much love, Mr. and Mrs. Shaw.
Dear Abhishek, Aditi, Anou, Aryan, Chhani, Mehar, Nacho, Kabish, Prasoo, Sag, Sooyeon, Taarini & Jeffee, Wow! Has it been really four years already? I’ve known many of you longer than that and the rest of you for-a-while now. Each one of you have etched happy memories in my mind and I will remember each one of you for the rest of my life. Honorary shout out is must to Banshee (Akul)& Vatsala. We’ve grown older and hopefully more mature together (okay, maybe only few of us). I remember Nacho singing a trio with the Tyagi twins in 6th grade or Mehar trying to perfect ‘Twinkle Twinkle in two and a half minutes for her play check, prompting Aarushi to say ‘Bechhareko (Mr. Roy) aab chhutkara de de’”. Or how ‘bout Jeffee having endless supply of candy in his bag pack. Prasoo’s affection and kindness to stray dogs and feeding them ‘ParleJee’. Sooyeon, I’ll never forget your enthusiasm and preference for rice over….rice and wolf over…tiger, Chhanhi’s dislike for lukewarm water or the face Anou made after missing out on French award to Taekmin Nam. I’ll not forget Aryan and Nacho and Jeffee endlessly talking about ‘Dota’ and ‘LAN’ party. Abhishek and Kabish, I’ve enjoyed watching you two b-balling and battling it out on the court. Sag, only when you joined our group, I started to hear Nepali/Newari more often. Taarini, your quiet demeanor and ability to hear out others w/out interrupting is just amazing. Aditi, I’ll not forget your ‘Good Morning, Mr. Roy’ in sotto voce, but I WILL like to forget how many times I had to write to Mr. Bhandari for you…. My advisees, you’ve been a pleasure and joy to be associated with. You’re truly Invictus. Godspeed! Mr. RoY
MESSAGES Somehow I got lucky and joined Woodstock four years ago with one of the creativest, ambitiousest and all-around gnarliest batch of ninth-graders ever to hit the hillside. Idika, Joon, Fofandi, Hyechan, Abby: thank you all for welcoming me into your group four years ago. And we’ve adopted some great new additions since then: Alli, Pema, Sera, Pavani, Pragya: each of you brought something new and special, and our group would not be the same without you. And of course, there are those we’ve lost over the years...Tom, Aanik, Kiara, Vrithik, Kodi, Sarah, Bahir, Puruva, Heewoong, Bacy, Prestin: you are all missed, both those who flew off for other countries and those who moved a couple doors down to other advisor groups. It’s been a privilege to witness the spontaneous dance parties, Idika’s country hoedowns, massage chains, obscene amounts of momos, guessing games (who’s coming to the party?), lunchtime trips to Cozy, afternoons at the arcade, and philosophical discussions. Ours is a group ofleaders, artists, Rubik’s-cube-solvers, event coordinators, riddle-busters, foodies, singers, runners, musicians, actors, activists, scientists, footballers, trekkers… and although it makes me sad to send you off into the world, I can’t WAIT to watch you make it a better place. You are ready. I’ll be watching your accomplishments with pride.
Dear everyone, We really can’t believe you are graduating already! It’s been a great joy, pleasure and privilege being your advisor these last couple of years. How time has flown since I first taught most of you in Grade 9 History and introduced you to the quirky world of Nigel Mustapha and the mighty Southend United. Sophie and Tshoks, I’ll miss you using the fan to cool yourselves as you arrive right on the bell for assembly. T-Dawg, sorry I could never say your name correctly! Sophie, I hope you never get sent to the island desk again! Eva, thanks for being so pro-British in History, I appreciated it. Egor, I enjoyed our chats about Russia, and that’s Putin it mildly. Sophia, Charis and Kahini, I enjoyed all our chats and playing Dobble. Kahini thanks for the bad puns and gags. Arjan, your verbosity knows no bounds – all the best. Suryansh, your hard working ethic has been an inspiration to us all. Aashna, enjoy the art in Europe. And to the whole Class of 2018, thanks for being great students, hardworking and fun. Embrace the opportunities of college and beyond. Be people of integrity who look to the needs of others before your own. God bless and keep in touch, and up the mighty Shrimpers! Ed, Kirsten, Charlie and Ameya Beavan
Thank you guys for accepting me. Thank you for being so cool, intelligent, self-organizing, and above all fun. Thank you for being there for each other and thank you for being there for me. Keep your spirits as they are and enjoy the ride from here on forth. E-Z, Mr. Heera
ADVISOR To my wonderful Invictus advisees Ameya, Deborah, Dina, HahYeon, Hoon, Kiara, Kavi, Lea, Satvi and Vatsal, it has been a joy to spend these years with you. Many of you had already been here for years before and welcomed me in; some of us joined this Himalayan journey together; and for some of you, we had the honour of welcoming you in later years. I couldn’t have had a better group to share this journey with, and I thank you all for your support. As you see the sun set once again behind the mountains, know that it will rise in a new place—a new journey, one all your own—and know that you will be deeply missed.
Dearest Jerks, 4 years!!! I cannot believe the time has come so soon!! It seems like only yesterday we were playing hide and seek up at the Chukkar!! How much you all have grown throughout the years and I must say it has been an honor being your advisor and enjoying every minute watching you grow!! Even though your energy level settled a bit compared to 9th grade that fun, goofy and loving essence of this group was always at the core through and through!! WAKANDA!!!! Sorry had to throw at least one in there!! Looking forward to the future I cannot give you enough of my love and support for whatever may come your way!! There will be times when you question your passions and dreams, but those “questions” are you simply growing as a human!! It is natural to question and reflect the purpose of your life, so never forget to look inside and try to find what truly makes you happy!! I am always here to support and help so don’t think because you’re graduating you can escape me that easily!! I’m sure in 5 years we’ll still be competing in that lame basketball game on messenger (if Facebook isn’t bankrupt or in jail by then)!! Thank you for all the memories (WAKANDA) throughout the years as every single one brought a smile to my face and a little place in my heart!! You all can succeed and be happy so go out into that big old world, follow your heart and DO IT!! Much love and care, Head Jerk!!
Dear Class of 2018, I don’t know how much room my advisor message will take up so I’m going to make this short and sweet!! “To give anything less than your best is to sacrifice the gift!” Remember that as each one of you has a special gift to offer this world! You might not know what that “gift” is right now but you will eventually!! No matter how hard life beats you up stick with your passions and values, because no one can take those away from you!! Like I told my advisors, I’m always here to talk if things get tough later in life!! Believe in yourself, know what your worth and follow your dreams!! All the best Class of 2018 and I know you’re going to make such a positive dent on this world!! Make it a GREAT life!!! Mr. L
MESSAGES Dear Advisees, Thank you for welcoming me into the group so warmly this year (even though I’m not Mr. Kaplan)! You made it easy for me to feel at home, and I’m grateful that we could sing the senioritis blues and say goodbye to Woodstock together. I’ll always cherish the memories of our bleary-eyed breakfasts on Thursday mornings, drool sessions over the cast of Black Panther, and (of course!) your pity laughs at all my corny jokes. Even though this was our first (and last) year as an advisor group, I’ve known many of you since you were in 9th grade (or even 6th grade – shout out to Sunday School!), and it’s been a privilege to watch you grow into young men and women right before my eyes. I’m excited to see where life takes you; I know great things are in store! Love, Ms. Dyson P.S. Now I’ll pass the mic over to Mr. Kaplan:
Hey Everyone, I’m so proud of you all. It is hard to believe that four years ago you were timid little freshmen, and now you’re about to graduate and head out to your next adventure. I may have missed this last year, but I can anticipate how you’ve grown; my heart was with you the whole time. Good luck next year, and if you’re ever in the Boston area, make sure to find me. As Gandalf once said, “May the wind under your wings bear you where the sun sails and the moon walks.” -Mr. Kaplan

Oye Papa, Mamu, Thanks for sending that little 4th grader to woodstock. I couldn’t have made those memories without that chance and I wouldn’t be the same. Didi, Fuche, my two lovely siblings. What would I do without you fools? I could always look up to see either that scary mean look or that energetic panting tongue, knowing you both will always be there for me. Phunsi, you undoubtedly topped in being the cockiest person I know, but also one of the best brothers I have. 9 years brother, from bullying me with dead birds, trying to feed me meat to now always having my back. I looked up to you lil norbz, and Woodstock wouldn’t have been the same without you. Party, thank your first sexy roomie later. From that ATM moment to countless moments just like those. The craziest of things we did, we did together, and we did break 90% of the rules or are they called laws when jail is involved? The Fast & Furious drive dah, can’t wait to do it again, but for now, you big baby, enjoy the fine wine without me. Sag, dada. Tapai jasto dai kahi pani paundana. Pyaru yaar, woodstock is so sexy hai, you gave me so much and you helped me do so many things I couldn’t have done alone. To almost getting expelled ki first shot ki football, I’ll always be there for you, and I know you’ll always be there too. Jata gaye pani, jasto bhayo pani, i’ll never forget you dada. Udas hune time pachi auncha, aile ko lagi jam moj garna. Pheri bhetum la pyaru. Kavi, you idiot. Sexy glow up you had, from that ugly bird looking thing to the model you are today. My lil brother, my swaggy roomie/alarm clock. From bonding through that sexy chemistry in football to annoying Pema and ur gf Sats. Thanks for always telling me what to do. Couldn’t have done it without you lil birdie, honest. Time to go look fly. Varun, yigzzzz, Jkjk. From the 4th grade bully to a lil. My snake brother, thanks for always being there for the daddy type jobs. Cheers to the psycho memories and experiences and to being corrupt af. Udit, my day one fatty. “Come na, keep company,” my ass. All the late night memories in our lovely dorm places to the craziest drive. I don’t know what I would have done without you cutie. Thanks for always ordering extra food so I could always come eat. My driving buddy and my teacher of wrong doings, can’t wait to party it up with you again. Pema, you ladiez manz. I’ll miss your mad pronunciations. Apaastraphe, I’ll never forget yo. Don’t change Pemz. We’ll cycle again someday in a place where Woodstock can’t catch us. Shivansh, the bomber man, from borrowing from physics to never failing a test, thanks for making senior year entertaining. Arjan, take care classy man. Hoon, the cutie with the best booty. Hope that we connect sometime again in the future- with your long passes ;) Dhruv- Bro it can’t all fit. Man this year I think I’ve been with you at least 23 hours of every day. The amount of we have done Lchand. From 9th grade QB at your house, your parents love for Ishita more than you, to being roomies in 10th- being the most skilled chors in the game (Jeff Chang), to telling each other about every little thing that happens, to ordering every weekend together to ditching two passages on the same day for buzz. My OG feast guy, Dublin will come through. Even if it doesn’t, we’ll somehow end up in the same place. I love you bro. Pems- All good, no? you typical. From stealing waaatuh, to going to cozy and buzz even though we had exams and SAT the next day, to laughing about the dumbest things, and you saying even dumber things, listening to Sondeep’s lovely lines, high school has basically been a long extended joke. Kabu- Where do I start? We are too similar, its actually kinda scary. Might have had a few downs but I know we trust each other the most in school. Don’t ever feel bad about what happened in 10th cause we both were pretty dumb back then. Still are :( I love you for letting me tease you 24/7 about you being a vegetarian, dumb, dramatic and depressed. Phunsok- P, the OG. Bro you really humble (lol). My first ever 9th grade QB with you, telling eachother everything, dumping ****a through notes that we put in her locker, making fun of each other all the time and trusting each other with anything. Top left? Harsh- To get you gotta be a? You are a model man but a true farmer at heart. I am sorry I call you a Maali but there’s no shame in loving plants and crops! I am so happy that you are as crazy as me and think the same way I do. Its reassuring. I am the luckiest guy to personally know the next Lil Peep.Passa- Puang, bro we’ve been so close since 9th. From coordinated science, to watching every game together, to me always having to calm you down, it’s been a crazy ride. Shower, study buddies forever. Stay the same. Varun- 9th grade besties to air crash investigators, VK you and I have done everything together. Buzz every Sat, messing around with people and staff, confusing everyone in the grade and making profits here and there. Sorry for beating your ass before RE, I seized the moment. Hoon- Alla Hoon. Thank you for teaching me how to sing, I may appear on Broadway soon thanks to my mentor. It’s been so fun eating different kinds of Korean food with you, freestyling randomly and playing football. Maintain that bubble butt in the army! Ishaan- you aren’t that smart. If my writing inspired you then…… Bro it’s been a great ride and I know I maybe smarter than you right now, but when you land some insane career or start a company, please give me a call. I’ll handle the public side of it.Aanik- You stupid monkey. Will you graduate? You are the cause of DDD so I can’t hate you. I am going to miss beating you everyday- even after 10 it’s my time. VK and I are sorry for bullying you in the room, don’t take it to heart. Shivansh- NO! BUT VANSHI, WHAT DO WE LIKE? Here comes the?!!!! Rooming with you was probably the craziest experience that I ever had in WS. We should probably be expelled but you can’t really catch the best can you? Pandit- Zandit with a ‘P’. Most people say emo but I think you live in a better world, filled with Jamaicans and bass drops.Humee- my mother likes you more than me. And it is okay because I see why. You are one of the most responsible and caring people I have ever met, with a gifted taste in music. Dalu- Please stop being so sad. The best times are talking football with you- and how you know all the useless but none of the important news! Egor- My Rajaji boi! I am so happy I got to know you so well and I look up to you. To everybody who didn’t know me - Hi! To everybody who knew me - Bye! I hope we meet again. I don’t really know how to feel now that I am leaving and starting a new chapter of my life. Sad? Yes! Happy? Definitely! Scared? Don’t even get me started. Woodstock has taught me so much, given me amazing friends and amazing teachers who care about me as an individual and not just another student. I will miss my friends. I will miss the teachers. I will miss everybody who works here and studies here. I will miss the fantastic view. I will even miss the walls that i look at everyday. I have come far and I thank you for that! To the people who made my day everyday - A big fat thank you!
“The first step towards getting somewhere is to decide you’re not going to stay where you are.” School has been an adventurous ride and it could not be possible without the people. Some of you have been kind, some of you have been very rude and evil, but overall I am who I am because of your behavior. I have lost and made many friends but the ones I have now will be there in my life forever. I am not going to mention any names because if I miss out on a person, that’d make me feel horrible! Mumma, Papa, Bhai: Thank you for always being by my side!! I don’t know what I’d do without you! Class of 2018: Even though I didn’t get to know most of you, it was still nice being in the same grade as you guys! Have fun in whatever you are planning to do after school! It was amazing being in the same grade as you guys! Keep smiling and enjoying life to its fullest!! Hope to see you at the reunions!! Future Seniors: Make the most of everything in senior year! It’ll be over before you know it! A united grade is always the strongest! Good luck with your college applications! Freshmen: Make the most of the 4 years you have, they fly by really fast! Resolve the fights because good memories are greater than misunderstandings and gossip! 1st and 2nd Grade: It was fun teaching you guys about kindness and other stuff! Keep up the good work!! :) Teachers: Thank you for not failing me!! People who degraded and treated me badly: Thanks! Your words and actions made me all the more stronger and shaped me into who I am now! BYE! Everyone who supported me: You know who you are!! Thank you so being there for me! Hope to see you soon! Till next time! Ending this on a positive note, Adios Woodstock and beautiful landscape views!

I have a dream that one day an AP Spanish field trip will not be denied funding because it is “not compulsory”. I have a dream that one day StuCo will be allowed to make a difference. I have a dream that one day teachers and students can see eye to eye and the disciplinary committee will not always assume the worst. I have a dream that one day Woodstock will become the warm and welcoming learning environment that it has the potential to be. I have a dream, but, I guess, not today.

Firstly, Yehun and Sam, don’t stop gaming, I know your parents may read this, but I hope we can game together after Woodstock. Noah, Over the past year I got much better at cooking thanks to you. Jay although we didn’t talk much at the start, I am glad I got to know you this year. Suryansh I love you dude, also I like how you notice if I try new outfit combinations. Egor Remember that time when we were gaming, and Mr. Das decided to come on down and do a surprise check and I hid under your desk, and just like outlast I saw his feet walk across. Meghan Thanks to you I got my ollie down Saatvik was so rad, especially when Raj got locked in, *hears knocking, knocks back*. VEDUU Over the past year I have gotten to know you so well and you are a very close friend of mine, please don’t break comms okay? Getit? Gaming reference? Passa When we meet for TI 9 I will give you shit if you are not out of 2k mmr. Kiara I find you so cool because you could keep up with all my gaming blabber and seemed genuinely interested Jefferson that one day you walk up to me and said “Lets play dota?” and I am like sure, and now look at us, 2000 hours into this dead game. During 600 matches together we grew close because of video games, I will miss discussing late night strats and itemisations with you. Hoon bro we gotta catch em all. Tanuj Many see you as a rude person, but your friends know you have a good heart and I love how you have no filter. Humaid, I remember calling you one day to ask if I could join you in buzaar, and since then we started talking, and before I knew it you became my best friend. You don’t know this but many times I was insecure about little that did not really matter and although I wouldn’t show it, you would do something spontaneous and make it all go away. I will miss waiting down at the end of the hallway waiting for you to finish talking to everyone, and complaining and complaining. Ultimately I can just hope that ten, fifteen or twenty years from now we can all meet up and talk about how Mr. Bhandari is gonna give us an EMD.

SAG & UDIT
Mom/dad/ Bhaiya/didi- I am the most grateful to you guys for standing up for me and not leaving my hand in spite of all the mistakes I made along the way. I love you. Sag- From sweating in the gym, cuddling and sleeping in dorms, eating carrots and broccoli for meals to goa, jamming to Tears in heaven for hours in the kitchen, watching young sheldon and having meaningless fights over tshokey out of boredom. Kaza made us friends but Woodstock made us brothers. You will always be my plus one. Dhruv- lauduuu! We always kept each other in check and took care of each other to make sure that we don’t mess up again. Graduating Woodstock won’t have been possible without you continuously looking out for me. Thanks for updating me with all the gossip. I love you bro. Abhi toh party shuru Hui hai. Parth- The most person I have met. I will remember all the late night stupid conversations in winterline that we didn’t remember the next day, the times in kanpur, our 7th grade room where we drank hyejis milkshake, all the stupid we did in goa and the sunny days at chaar. Thanks for continuously looking out for me and making sure that I don’t die. Varun- From a bully to a brother. I would have been expelled long time back if you weren’t there continuously knocking sense into me, looking out for me. TAARINI MOM!! DAD!!!! DEEKSHANT BHAIYA!!! I’M ACTUALLY GRADUATING!!!!!!!! First of all, a big thank you for giving me the opportunity to study at Woodstock and letting me go (I know it was hard for you). It was scary and unfamiliar at first, like most things are, but I slowly got used to it. All because you were there to remind me that I could do it; that I was capable of great things. All the times you would pick up the phone (regardless of the time, whether it was 2 a.m or not) with me crying at the other end because of the dumbest reasons and reminding me that “I’m a strong girl.” I made it till graduation because of your constant reminders, love and support. Thanks mamma and papa, I love you both so much. Kavya - You are honestly one of the sweetest and the most understanding people I know. You love deeply and with your whole heart and I love that most about you. Yeah, you don’t always like my taste in music, and find my dogs ugly but that’s okay. I still love you. The High School journey is almost coming to an end. It wouldn’t have been possible without the two special people in my life. Mummy and Papa: Thank you for working so hard to send me to this school. You taught me to appreciate the little things in life and I’m very grateful for that. You have always been by my side at good or bad times. The lessons you taught me will always stay with me for the rest of my life. Everything I will achieve in life will only be possible because of you. Thank you for everything. Siddharth: You have two more years at Woodstock so study hard and make a lot of memories with your friends. Two years will go by in a flash so cherish every moment in school. If you ever need my help, don’t hesitate to contact me. Thanks for always being there for me. Vatsal(aka Harvey Specter): Bro, you have always been by my side. KIARA It is safe to say that I would be walking a not so positive path if I hadn’t come to Woodstock. I owe it to this school for having taught me lessons I can’t learn in class, and shaping me into an independent individual who feels ready to take on the world, but more so for helping me discover my sense of self. Before I mention any of my classmates, I would like to thank my parents for instilling in me the values I know to have been essential to my decisions at Woodstock, and for their steady guidance when circumstances seemed uncertain. I am truly grateful to have had the opportunity to study here, and have made some distinct friends with some distinctive characteristics, all of whom I will hold dear for the rest of my life; Alli: We can only pretend that Jackson Wang knows who we are. Ameya: People who don’t like oats and water are just weird. Am I right? Ana: Ana Raquel Piñero Bajos Pereira, the first person I ever met at Woodstock, and the only person who dares to argue with Juan. Anou: My little gremlin. I hope to get a sexy British accent like you one day. PS: Go buy your own prawn crackers. Bahir: Yellow-fever boy. Glad I got to know you before you left. Chani: Thank you for hosting one of the best sleepovers I’ve ever been to. I hope you’re happy and doing well. Chhani: Maybe we’ll open a restaurant together back home, who knows? Debby: My late-buddy. Thank you for relating to me on so many levels… gum! Dhruv: I’m glad I’m going to be in another country… far away from you… so you can’t tickle me. DoYoung: Shoutout to the cutest girl I know. You’re only cool because you have as many tints as I do. Egor: I hope you don’t go pulling an Egor in college, or else you’re screwed. HahYeon: I don’t know what you were thinking when you turned vegan. Hamin: If it wasn’t for you, I’d still be listening to 트로 트. Harsh: Oye, Bhopal Gas Tragedy, I hope you publish at least one rap in your life. Hoonah: I want my legs muscles to be as hard as yours. Humaimai: Even though you prefer my 10th grade self, I still love you the same. Idika: You are, and will always be, mi princessa. Thank you for knowing me better than myself. Jaeyoun: One, two, krrrr 다시 krrr krrr, bang bang!! Thanks for getting me hooked. Jayant: My twin. I don’t think I’ll meet someone who loves food as much as I do. Jay: Thanks for the fun times in 10th grade. Keep the charm going, and stop eating so many bananas. Jiya: Gutsy girl, thank you for putting up with my moods, and still being nice to me… and scarring me forever in our bedroom with… Joon: Joonie bug, you’re the only insect I like. But I don’t think I can tell you you how much I like you here. I wanna speak to your supervisor! Better yet, I’m gonna write a letter! Dear… Kahini: I love your bold lip colours and fun hairdo’s, but most of all, your ability to wear more than ten layers in the winter. Karsten: I’ll be compiling a bunch of shit-your-pants horror stories until the next time we meet. Kavi: I might drop into your DD house again sometime. Be prepared. Khaled: You’re one chill guy. Thanks for the anime recommendations (I might ask you for more in the future). Leila: Crazy lady in the house! I’m still waiting to finish Chuck with you. Lukas: Don’t worry. I’ll post you a packet of figs every week. PS: Sana still looks like a Racoon. Meghan: I think you and I are the only ones who didn’t go for any Bombay peep meet-ups. Moi: To the sweetest guy I know. I know you’re somewhere out there getting those gains ;). Nacho: Caution: extreme love for gaming can be injurious to health. Thank you for the Japanese notebook, and for making Math class bearable. Nikunj: We both know the matching outfits were your idea. Passa: Still waiting for the day to come when you aren’t mean to me (Snapchat counts). Pavani: I don’t think I’ll ever forget you blowing balloons through your nostrils. Phunsok: Thanks for all the lovely compliments on my outfits. Don’t forget I’ll always weigh more than you. Sag: A fitness role model. I hope you keep up that crazy dedication for the years to come. Sarah: “I reckon” you’re the coolest Aussie I know. I miss you and your three-pointers. Satvi: I’m ashamed to say we’re from the same city. Siah: Mature guys only. Sooyeon: Let’s go to Loco’s concert together someday. Seth: You and your weird teeth fetish. And don’t forget to eat your greens everyday. Ye Hyang/Cynthia: I wish I could make my eyebrows look as good as yours. I know I will forever cherish the memories I have made here at Woodstock. Seeing those steadily decreasing fairy light numbers above Parker Hall is making me feel things in my stone cold heart, so I’ll keep the intro short – these past two-and-a-half years have been kinda okay. Good, even. There’s some people who’ve helped make it slightly more alright, and my half of this page is dedicated to them – First and foremost to my Amma, Baba, Patti, and Dadi, for making life worth living. Then, in alphabetic order: To Abby, for being a sarcastic soulmate of sorts; Ana, roomie # 1, for showing me the ropes; Anou, always making me laugh; Aviva, for being the tiniest Etta James; Chhani, for your worldviews, and cooking for me…and BTS; Egor, for being as done with this thing as I am (also there’s a bet we need to settle); Eva, roomie #3, for accommodating my erratic sleep schedules; Hah Lee, (roomie # 2!) for being terrifying but sweet (?), and bringing me to tears with your unnaturally high biology grades; Strong Woman Yoon Hamin, my last-but-not-the-least roommate, for your endless compassion and sitting with me by a certain pool at 3am; IDK, for being a constant source of laughter, and having dinner with me on that first lonely night in Midlands; Jay, for being a brother when I most need it, and challenging my politics in an irritatingly rational way; Jefferson, for being the baccha to my aunty; Kiara, for being my choir life-saver; Lea, for Syrian cheese, and being unconditionally caring; Mehu, for being like me in every way possible but somehow still wise enough to solve my problems; Prasiddhi, my fourth roommate, for venting sessions about certain undesirables, Satvi, for liking Queen and Hey Jude, and singing like a rock star (without realizing it); Sooyeon, for being a badass; Sophie, for your Adele voice, and for helping me when I – how should I put it – wasn’t in the right state of mind; T-Cripps, for enveloping me in the warmth of both your understanding and your electric blanket, and for exposing me to great beauty through Whatsapp; Noah, for being annoyingly smart, and keeping me alive in AP Euro; Yala, for being the Kim to my Ellen, and your weird faces and generosity. And finally, to the class of 2018. We’ve come a long way, Invicta. You’ve given me more kindness and acceptance than I could have expected from one group of people, and it’s not something I will forget easily.
First and foremost I would like to thank my family- Papa, Mom, Dadi, Baba, and Nani (not Dhruvum)For making me who I am today. Concerning Woodstockers, I could legit write a full paper describing how each individual from our school has shaped me, no matter what the scale. Alas, I am limited to half a page, so here goes: Chhani- Not everyone can say that they’ve found their soulmate, and I’m forever thankful that you’re mine. Was that too soppy? Alright, I’ll fix it. Stop saying ‘aigoo’ you wannabe Korean. Palli- you’re the one person I feel like I can speak to about anything. I love you my happy friend! Madina no matter how little we talk just know that I love you. Deborah you’ll forever be my POS <3 Mehu- I’m so glad that we grew up from those silly kids that made videos, and I’m so glad it's with you that I can see our metamorphosis. Avanya- Thank you for being the first person that truly made me feel at home here Sassidy- I know that you’re not here to read this, but I just want it noted how much I miss you. Hahyeon- I know that you’ll succeed doing whatever, wherever! Sooyeon- Who’s going to squeeze me the same way that you do? Hamin- What a cutie! Yigha- I’d give up all the cheese in the world for you. Hmmm… maybe not cheddar. Lea- I aspire to be as strong as you. Anouthank you for your constant sunshine. Sophie (Doeg)& Yala- beauty in its purest form brings people together. Mr. Francisco and the football girlsPractice was the one thing keeping me from obesity. Thank you for actually making exercise fun! The roomates that I have not mentioned earlier- Kavya, Aarushi, Anahita, Ameya, Joon, Tanya A., Ana, Tanya S., Kelzang, Kahini and Sera- thank you for making Woodstock 100x more exhilarating than humanly possible. And finally to the Class of ‘018, thank you.
Tara + Chhani

Tseps: You’ve been my source of happiness, entertainment, rationality and reassurance on a daily for the past three years. I wouldn’t have been able to do this thing called life without you by my side! Looking forward to when you decide to relocate to the East Coast (bc deep down you know it’s the best coast) or maybe I’ll come to Cali? Piltu: Never have I met someone whose thoughts were so in sync with my own *insert cheesy quote about how much I’m going to miss you* (oh look! I’m showing emotion). Keep supporting Arsenal and stop being a bandwagon. Hamin: Noona, you’re such a sweet person. Thank you for always being so caring and dealing with my bs. Tshokey: You’re so cringe at time; stop celebrating goals you didn’t score. But at least you’re prettier than Nayeon. But don’t ever forget that you’re my number 1 no matter how many fights we go through.
Disclaimer: The following is best suited for the emotional and ill-humored. The author forewarns the possible oncoming of tears, regurgitations, or cringes. Amala, Pops, Granny, Ashung, loved ones: It takes a village to raise a child, and boy, we are one hearty tribe. To say thank you would not nearly suffice for all the love, support, and sweetness I’ve been showered (and spoiled) in. There are no other people I credit my every being for, no other people I would want to share my blessings with. Gasho cheesho! Abu Gags: Ngayi nying gyi tseelu! I am so so so incredibly proud of the goofy, precocious, talented, caring, and woke young man-boy you have become. While you may still be a nugget, I’ve had some of the most meaningful powwows with ya, ya sage young Bodhi. The past few years have been tough apart, but I cannot wait to be back home to dab our way through the future together :) Mrs. Shaw & Mr. Shaw, Mrs. Ronita, Mrs. Jun, Mrs. Prarthana, Mrs. Priya & Mr. Ady, and teachers: Without your understanding, guidance, and baked goods, I would not be as heavy and happy as I am today, and for that, thank you. Ad Maiora savages: Semi-ratchet on the outside/gold on the inside/ever admirable. The lessons learnt are countless: from peaches, jagas, chalu-ness, and the true meaning of loyalty, y’all have taught me to fight for what you love and believe in. Sreeya Kilambli Hey Invicta, My 6 years in Woodstock are some of the most memorable years that I look back on and smile. And all of that goes to you guys who helped make memories, whether it was spending time in dorms or walking up to school. I look back with such fondness and wish that I took a little more time to appreciate the beauty of the hills and the time I spent with you. Congratulations on graduating! I wish you all the best. You’ve always got a friend in me.
Jem Batley Class of ‘018 Congratulations on graduating! I had such a great time with you all and learnt a lot just being around such a great group of creative and smart people. I’m sorry I couldn’t be with you all to the end but I left knowing that you could all go to do fantastic things. Being in a class with you all I remember feeling lucky that we were considered the class that supported each other and I felt like I was a friend with every one of you. Keep doing what you’re all doing because you were marvellous
Louis Ridgeway Thank you to everyone I met. You really made a significant impact on my life and I hope to see you soon. There is always a place for each and everyone of you in Australia
Sarah Glover Woodstock was a life changing, incredible experience for me. Sebastian Scott To the wonderful individuals who together make Invictus, My short, sweet and experience filled time at Woodstock was utterly incredible. To this day I cherish the memories, friends and adventures I had there. No matter the amount of EMDs, everything was enjoyable with the beautiful people I was lucky enough to call friends. During my time, the name of this class was changed around five times. I am happy that your current name has remained unconquered from any further plans of alteration. I find it suits you. I wish you all the best in future endeavours
Heewoong Shin It was a great honour to be part of the Class of 2018 during the time I was in Woodstock. Being part of Invicta is a memory that I will take with me for the rest of my life. Unfortunately due to various reasons, I had to leave Woodstock and I regret that very much. Leaving Woodstock was one of the most difficult things that I had to do because Woodstock was where my home is. I think of you guys as my family and love you guys very much. Thank you very much for allowing me to be part of Invicta. I hope to keep in touch with you guys and contact me whenever you guys visit Korea.
Luca Connor Dear Invicta, My time with you was short and sweet. I learned a lot being around all of you and will cherish many of the memories I made with you. I would not be who I am now, a year later, without having went to woodstock. I learned a lot about myself and about who we are as humans. I grew alongside all of you and although we are not still together, I hope we all continue to grow into good people who live with and for the well-being of others. Lots of Love, Luca P.S. if you haven’t listened to my music, make sure to check me out on all platforms @TonyJack; one day I will be who I want to be because you all taught me that that is okay.
Rafiki Bursle I know my life at Woodstock was brief but in that time, everyone made me feel welcomed and like I have a second family. I’ll never forget all the amazing memories. From playing uno and getting snowed in while on the Harkidun trail, to playing soccer on the basketball court. I nearly forgot, Congratulations on finishing year 12. The world is now at your feet. And you know have the tools to achieve your dreams. Thank you again for everything and I hope you live life to the fullest. Vatsala Chaudhry To the school that shaped my understanding and the people who shaped my personality I wholeheartedly thank you for giving me the best 5 years of my life. I have a million things to say and many people to thank but that is hard to do in just 100 words. So I just wanna say one thing: The race of life is endlessly long with homework, college assignments, jobs. People will come and go so do what makes you happy NO MATTER WHAT anyone says. Congratulations Invicta.
Madina Ibragimova Dear Woodstock Class of 2018, I did not have the chance to say farewell to all of you when I left but cannot believe that it’s time for all of us to fly the nest. I often think of my time in Woodstock and cherish my interactions with every single one of you. School is over for all of us, and we have suddenly been thrust into “adulthood”. I still feel very young but, at the same time, I cannot wait to see what life has in store for us all! I hope that you will remember to treasure all of your friendships, your teachers, and all the lessons learned, and let go of any and all bitterness. Let us not need to be reminded that life is short! This is not a “farewell” but rather a “see you later” for I know that in this ever-connected world, we are bound to cross paths with one another. Congratulations to you all and thank you to those who made my days in Woodstock precious. Thank you to all my teachers, friends, sisters, for being pillars of support during what was a challenging yet very enjoyable period in my life. I wish everyone good luck and happiness always. Love and regards, Madina Nihaar Tyagi The 3 years of my life at Woodstock has been some of the best years of my life. I miss it all, the breakfasts at Char Dukaan, the Saturday hikes, the class nights, the dorm life, the late-night talks after lights out, and most of all the amazing weather in the heavenly hills of Mussoorie. I never thought this day would come, I still remember those incredible days where we would hang out in the library or play Four-Squares in the Quad. I remember 5th grade activity week, where me and my brother sang around the campfire. I remember the junior school farewell party, the 5 km classroom, all those incredible hikes, and the RE Retreats. I miss those memories, I’m glad to have been a part of this school, to have been a ‘Woodstocker’. It sucks that I missed out on the high school life at Woodstock, I left too early for many of you to have known me; but for the ones that did, thank you for making my 3 years awesome! 197
Ippolita Magrone My years at Woodstock are unforgettable, and I still remember everything and everyone clearly as if it were yesterday. Probably it was the best decision my parents ever made to send me there to study (considering they weren’t really the type who make good decisions ahah). I miss Woodstock every day, from walking up to school, to rushing to get pancakes for brunch on Sunday’s with Piltu. I miss Aanik always being a little annoying, and Humaid being really sweet.
Nirakh Tyagi Hey Invicta. Even though I was with some of you for only 4 short years, I gained so much from that time, so many experiences that I cannot ever forget, met so many great people, and of course so much that I learned. There are a lot of thing about Woodstock that cannot be replicated elsewhere that makes it such a great place. I miss a lot of Woodstock, I miss the walks around nature trail in 5th grade with Mr. V, I miss the activity weeks. I wish all of you a huge congratulation and miss all of you but most of all I miss being a Woodstocker.
Sophia Khosravi Class of 2018! Congratulations! We made it! Having the opportunity to be part of this class has built memories that I will always cherish. I wish all of you the best as you move onto the next stage in your life. I am hopeful that one day we will cross paths again.
Noel Archer Congrats everyone, we finally graduated! Living in Mussoorie was unforgettable, but my fondest memories of my time at Woodstock are by far those with all of you— the trips we went on for advisor nights, the time we spent together during activity weeks, and so much more. Although I may have seemed kind of unsentimental sometimes, you guys do have, and will always have a special place in my heart. I hope you all accomplish great things, and never lose the spirit that brought the class of 2018 together. It is truly something special 198
Prestin LeBlanc Although I’m biased, I can confidently say that Woodstock’s class of 2018 is one of the best and most inclusive group of people I have ever met. Each and every one of them welcomed me into their class with open arms, and I have never felt a stronger sense of belonging. A special thank you to Tsephell and Ana for being my first friends (and witnessing my Sunday night mental breakdowns), Tanya for one-upping me as the loudest person in the room, Humaid for daily Pyuthani’s (and literally everything else), and Anou, just because I know she’ll be mad if I don’t mention her. I love you all, and I wish I could have been there to graduate with everyone!
Moises Salgado I came to Woodstock for the second semester of my sophomore year. From “Happy Jesus times” on Tuesdays at Hostel, to Saturdays at buzz, to swisha-thon with cuddle crew, to daily tea times I got to experience with Invicta, class of 2018, I loved every moment. Although I was only there for three and a half months I made friends from all over the world and memories that will last my whole life. To Woodstock School, and especially Invicta, thank you for everything, much love to you all, and congratulations!
Thomas Berger I can just imagine Prasiddhi and Deborah reading whatever I write and laughing and saying I’m lame so try to ignore them. I had an amazing 3 years at Woodstock that completely changed my life and perspectives. The class of ‘18 is incredibly special and I’ve missed everyone since I left. You all will remain a part of my life so if any of you are ever in Australia you’d better come visit. I know each one of you will achieve great things with your lives. All that’s left to say is go out into the world, get paid, get laid, Gatorade. Emily Hodgins To the Woodstock Class of 2018: I miss you guys! I can’t believe that it’s been over two years since I spent 5 months with you all. Woodstock gave me so many memories, and so many friends. I’m grateful that I got to be part of Invicta even if it was just for a short time. Congratulations to everyone! You worked hard for this moment, don’t forget to cherish it. You guys are a family, never forget that. I hope that I get to see some of you guys in the future!
Izaiah Vignali To the class of 2018 The time I spent at Woodstock with the class of 2018 has really made me who I am, and I can’t thank you guys enough. You guys are some of the most amazing people I have ever met. I will never forget the memories that we created together. You guys are all due for great big things and can’t wait to meet up with you all someday. Last but not least, congratulations on graduating Woodstock!!!! 199
Joshua Ali Congratulations class of 0’18, I’m proud of you Etc... Etc... You’ve heard it all before I’m sure. Imma just say I’m impressed that y’all survived the final year of Woodstock school and I guess well done on finally getting that piece of paper and handshake, I hope all that work was worth it
Vritik Mehta The class of 2018 is one that is extremely special and one that will always be remembered. During my short one year stint in Woodstock I took so much away from this class as it is one special group of individuals. Each individual posses the ability to not only be unique and stand out but also be true to themselves, the people around them and their loved ones. She is pensive and wonderful, The memories with her are colorful. You can even call her virtuous, Your feelings are so torturous. The last of us! And it is finally time for our parents to take a break from the rugged and steep walks of Woodstock with your graduation. Yala, you being the youngest we’ve kept you like an egg and always treated you like a baby and it doesn’t seem like it is time for you to graduate. You were supposed to stay little, but here you are graduating and growing up into this amazing intelligent and bright young woman who inspires me to be a cooler person. I am immensely proud of the person you’ve become. From a cute pudgy little thing of a blob to the incredible young delightful woman you are today. Life is amazing with you on the ride. If I were to give you an advice, I’d only ask you not to be in a hurry to grow up too quickly. Savour every moment of your youth. Trust me, being an adult is not so much fun. Congratulations on graduating Mamash! Gear up for the next adventure of your life! I love you more than you will ever know. Always, Oya Ati
Dear Yala, Congratulations on successfully making it through school, you have worked hard and gotten to where you are by your own efforts. As you enter this next stage of your life, ahead lies several obstacles and even times of trouble. But in those times, Odi will always be there to guide you and help you pave your own path to become a successful, strong and courageous individual. There will be significant differences in your life from now on and several aspects towards life will change, and some won’t. You’ll always stay a little brat to me, I’ll always be your annoying bro and Oya will always be our second mother that we never wanted. Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you will be proud of. I love you. Congratulations again Brat! Love, Odi Jungshi
Dear Pavani You study, you play, you dance, you trek and you make everyone smile.

If we look back at the time when you choose to continue your study at an international school and our decision to send you out of home to start your dream, we have no regrets that you choose to continue your study at Woodstock school. Woodstock added a lot to your personality, it gives you more confidence in yourself and the courage to move on in your life to follow your dreams. You have exceeded our biggest hopes and dreams. A new chapter in your life is just to start. Now, you have the opportunity to explore what you would like to become. Whatever you choose we have a faith on you with your ambitions and enthusiasm your dreams can come true. You should know we are very proud of the person you are becoming and we encourage you to continue on the same way. Thank you for teaching us how to conquer the impossible to achieve your dream.

Dear Monkey, We don’t know what to say here, except thank you. We are so grateful for you being who you are, a smart, compassionate, responsible young man, scholar, and human being. You make us look like better parents than we really are. We thank your teachers, mentors, advisors, school staff, guards, taxi drivers, cooks, dishwashers and house parents for looking after you these years: educating, advising, supporting, and keeping you safe. We thank Woodstock for your scholarship. We thank your friends and classmates for being there for you. We missed knowing your Woodstock brothers and sisters, but hope we will get to meet them somewhere down the road. They say Woodstock friendships are for life. Ok, so here’s the advice - study hard, learn everyday, recognize opportunity, practice gratitude, cultivate the mind, push the envelope, make good choices, surround yourself with wholesome people and circumstances, help others, have fun, keep an open mind, dream big, go for it, seek adventure, demand evidence, question authority, eat nutritionally and brush your teeth! That’s about it, kiddo. We love you. Look forward to reading the next chapter of you. Ma and Baba
Dearest my son, JaeYoun (Jeffrey), It seems just like yesterday when we had you 17 years ago. The happiness and joy that we have experienced watching you grow a boy to a young man are beyond words. There was nothing more sweet to watch you last 17 years. Never forget to be that tender, loving and caring hearted person that has always been there for your family and friends. You have now to leave all of your Woodstockfriends. Sometimes you will never know the value of a moment, until it becomes a memory. Nevertheless you have an exciting future that awaits you. It is time that you put your mind to find something that truly inspires you. Go son! Confidently in the direction of your dream!! Remember we are so proud to have you as our son. We all love you very much. Good Luck! JaeYoun (Jeffrey)
From Your Mom and Dad.
AANIK, A part of me Or my entire being?

His sight soothes my aching heart , Only he holds the power to tether it apart How time flies —— Where’s my boy ? Here stands a man. All grown up & suave Ready for his first flight Sky is the limit, His destiny defined! I know him ?!! Yet I don’t ! Pivot of my life Keeps me alive., , , ,
Dear Eva, You are the first ever happiness to enter our lives. You are the first symbol of our love and the new life we started together. We have raised you not only as your parents but as your best friends. Especially for me (mom) you are my best friend and the greatest gift from god. I feel incomplete without sharing everything about my life with you, be that my happiness or my sadness. You are the nicest, most kind, and understanding daughter anyone could ask for. You can be stubborn at times, but it lasts only for a short while. Words aren’t enough to describe the daughter that you are for us and we couldn’t be any prouder of the beautiful, generous and independent woman that you have grown into. It won’t be enough even if we said that you are our life. Our universe revolves around you. Make the most of everyday and live your life to the best of your ability. You are unique and never let anyone convince you otherwise. Remember, this is just the beginning. We wish you the very best for the future. We love you very much Eva. Love, - Momma and Poppa
To Kyle Devlin Diarmit, Congratulations on your wonderful achievement, baby. Stay brave, hardworking and kind and you will make amazing things happen. We love you and we couldn’t be prouder!!! - Mom, Dad, Ruby and Fin

Afifi, You bring me so much joy and hope. I am blessed to be your mother. Life may not give us everything we want, but know that our needs will always be met when we are rooted in Christ. And as you step out into a world that is waiting for you to explore, I am anxious of the future, but this is my prayer for you. Psalms 20:1-5 May the Lord answer you in the day of trouble; May the name of the God of Jacob defend you; May He send you help from the sanctuary, And strengthen you out of Zion; May He remember all your offerings, And accept your burnt sacrifice‌ May He grant you according to your heart’s desire, And fulfill all your purpose. We will rejoice in your salvation, And in the name of our God we will set up our banners! May the Lord fulfill all your petitions. Congratulations my beautiful darling girl! Go get the world! I Love you, Mummy

Dearest Neikole, How wonderful that you have learnt so much from a wonderful environment at school and are now graduating! Congratulations on reaching this milestone with such beautiful experiences! We have watched you, our first grandchild, grow into a charming young girl and we thank all who have nurtured you to be who you are today. We wish you all success in life and want you to always remember our Almighty. Be thankful and pray for His protection and care wherever you go. God bless you life richly! Love, Amezu and Baba 227
Our great child. An incredible heart and a wonderful soul. As much as he loves technology he continued loving and maintaining relationship, living through his medical handicap he made us understand that every problem is an opportunity, He truly has made us more human through his journey at Woodstock.
We are proud of his growth in academics and his improvement in his language skills. The proud Mom is always amused when Shreyansh exhibits his knowhow on modern gadgetry and technology. Never ever during his life at Woodstock have we had to put our heads down, we have witnessed teachers get emotional and seen tears rolling down and thank Shreyansh’s mom for bringing this wonderful boy to this world.
As he is graduating more than him we feel the void of not being at Woodstock we lived every bit in and with him while he was there. We love him and are sure he will contribute to make this world a better place. 229
Joshua 1:9- “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”
You are the baby of the family and its almost unreal how fast the time has flown by to reach this moment where we see you graduate and move on to college. We wished that you would never grow up but eventually everyone does. You have brought smiles on our faces on a gloomy day and have a warm, compassionate heart. Even as a kid, you cared for people and your surroundings. When we thought that asthma would get in your way of extracurriculars, you proved that wrong by running marathons. We know you are capable of this and much much more, so keep pushing your limits and challenge yourself to become a better version of you. Looking back at the 6 year old you, we would not have imagined that you too would be graduating from Woodstock, but we couldn’t be more proud of you. You are the youngest but the bravest. So be confident, be brave and remember that we all are always there for you. CONGRATULATIONS JEFF!!! 230
With lots of love and blessings,
Papa, Mama, Chenmai Che, Jona Ko and the rest of our family
Dear Varun you have always been such a wonderful son and brother to Aman. Despite being the youngest, you were always like our hero in the family. May God bless you as you move a step forward in life. although there is an inside lurking desire to pause this moment, when you have that school boy charm. All the best -Mom, Dad, and Aman
