Tree Dedication Service
This term staff took time to attend a tree dedication service, in the school grounds, to Mr Crawford, a much-loved member of staff, whom we lost last Summer.

A packed Halifax Cathedral remembered Mr Crawford last year and this service was to plant a lasting reminder within the school

Our Teachers A Troll!
In June, a cast and crew of almost 70 junior students, including boarders, took to the stage of The McCarthy Theatre in the 2024 junior production 'Our Teacher's a Troll' by Dennis Kelly.
The show was a huge ensemble production and at points the whole cast was on the stage an impressive feat! With so much talent, the leads were played by different students on each of the nights.
The story followed the terrible twins, Sean and Holly, in their quest to find help when the Headteacher of their school leaves and is succeeded by a troll (played magnificently by Milo).
