Forty buildings make up the main campus in Silver City. A mix of registered historical buildings with modern state-of-the art facilities provides for a traditional campus setting with contemporary styles. Students learn in classrooms that represent living history.

WNMU is an open

admission university. Requirements for admission include: an application for admission, high school and/ or college transcripts, and score reports from ACT, SAT, or COMPASS testing. These test results are used for scholarship and placement purposes.


Opportunity for work-study and employment in the area is available with the Financial Aid and Career Services Offices.


WNMU partners with universities and community colleges throughout the region. Transferring credits and/or degree programs is easy.
