BRIS Foundation Advisory Committee Alfred Berlin is the majority owner and CEO of Bclip Productions. Bclip is a multimedia company with offices in Louisiana and North Carolina and serves a national client base. He began working on the concept of Bclip in 2001 after the sale of his first business to a national franchise. Jon Cato is lead strategist and managing partner at Object 9, a marketing and creative services firm with offices in Baton Rouge, LA and Atlanta, GA. A 17-year marketing veteran, he has developed successful marketing programs for a variety of business sectors including consumer products, food and beverage, retail, telecom, banking and finance, healthcare, consumer electronics, pharmaceuticals, education, energy, economic development and many more. He currently serves on the advisory board of the Louisiana Business and Technology Council and is a member of the Baton Rouge Area Chamber’s Small Business Council. Dawn Haase-Davis is a Control Systems Engineer with Enterprise Products, Eastern Gulf Coast Region. Her primary responsiblity is safety and control systems of liquid gas pipelines between Texas and Mississippi. Dawn graduated from Louisiana State University with a BS in Electrical Engineering. She is a co-owner in a locally based company, MDTechnologies. Perry Dougherty is a partner of Lee, Dougherty and Ferrara Investment Management in Baton Rouge. He is a graduate of Asbury College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management. Perry is a Certified Financial Planner Practioner and financial consultant who has been helping clients with their financial goals for over 17 years. He is series 7 securities licensed registration through LPL Financial as well as Series 24 Registered Principal registration through LPL Financial. Perry is licensed in Life, annuity, disability and long term care insurance. He is a board member of the local chapter of the Financial Planning Association. Jason Hewitt is a film and television producer and owner of Films In Motion. He has produced over 35 film and television projects since 2002. In addition he has facilitated financing in over 50 film projects. Films In Motion has grown to be one of the premier production and post production companies in the state of Louisiana. Teresa Kleinhans is an Independent Management Consulting Professional. She worked as a brand manager for DuPont and has an MBA from Columbia University Business School. Laurence Lambert is the head of the Traffic Engineering Division and a Principal at ABMB Engineers. Mr. Lambert has earned B.S. and M.S. degrees from the Louisiana State University School of Engineering. He is a registered Civil Engineer and a certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer. Hafid Laroussi is Director of Development of Baton Rouge International School. Hafid is a native of France. He speaks several languages and holds a Master’s degree in Foreign Languages and Economics. He also holds an International Management and Marketing degree from Lyon Business School. W endi Loup is Assistant General Counsel with Lamar Advertising in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Prior to joining Lamar Advertising, Wendi practiced corporate and transaction law in the Baton Rouge office of Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson, L.L.P. Wendi was admitted to practice law in Louisiana in 1999 and graduated with a J. D. from Louisiana State University (LSU), an MBA from LSU and Bachelor in Business Administration from LSU. Wendi is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Certified Internal Auditor. Shelley Mockler is Training & Development Manager with Mockler Beverage Company, a department she created and developed. Shelley serves on Anheuser-Busch’s National Wholesaler Training Advisory Panel and the Consumer Awareness & Education program to
further efforts in the fight against underage drinking and drunk driving. Prior to joining Mockler Beverage Company, Shelley worked at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center’s physician management company, Southern Regional where served as Southern Regional’s Manager of Information Systems (M.I.S.). Shelley graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Amy Motto is Vice President of Albemarle Corporation’s Chemical Catalyst Division in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Amy travels the globe representing Albemarle’s interests and has the opportunity to see other cultures and meet with leaders of chemical companies in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Amy has a degree in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Tech and is active in Junior League and various organizations in Baton Rouge local community. Cindy Pugh is Tax Counsel – State and Local with Albemarle Corporation in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Cindy was admitted to practice law in Louisiana in 1996. She received her LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University School of Law in 1997, graduated with a J.D. from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law School in 1996, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Millsaps College in 1993. Samuel Rayborn is a Strategic Sourcing Manager with Amedisys Home Health Care in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Samuel’s primary area of responsibility is the negotiation and management of contracts for Amedisys and its subsidiaries. Samuel is an ARMY Veteran and a graduate of The University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science in American Studies. Samuel is a Certified Purchasing Manager and a Member of the Institute for Supply Management’s local and international chapters. Katherine Robins is an Associate Broker of Re/Max Real Estate Group and also the Co-owner of First Mortgage Services, Inc., which has been operating since 1997. Katherine graduated with a B.A. in History from Southern University A & M. She began her real estate career in 1992 and opened a Era Franchise in 1995. Ashley Shelton is the Vice President of Programs for the Louisiana Disaster Recovery Foundation. Ashley manages LDRF’s system of integrated, value-added programs with the goal of creating a better Louisiana for all of its citizens in the aftermath of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. Prior to this, Ms. Shelton served as Director of Grantmaking for the Baton Rouge Area Foundation. Ms. Shelton has received many honors, including selection as a 2005-2006 Fellow in the Emerging Leaders Program at Duke University and the University of Cape Town, and was appointed in 2003 to the Foundation for the Mid South’s Commission to Build Philanthropy. Ms. Shelton attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications. Jodi W ilder is the Director of Business Development for Trahan Architects. Jodi is a former teacher and served as Baton Rouge International School’s Volunteer Coordinator before joining Trahan Architects.
