Mystics Ticket Exchange Program

Our exchange program provides you with the flexibility to exchange tickets during the regular season for games you are unable to attend or for those you know in advance you will not be able to attend. For each ticket you turn in, you will receive one ticket in the lower level if you have lower level tickets and club level if you are exchanging club level tickets, depending on availability. Our exchange program gives you the opportunity to best utilize your investment by not letting any tickets go to waste. Tickets are subject to availability and dates are subject to change. For your convenience, exchanges should be done in advance at any Mystics regular season home game at the Planholder Hub near Section 115 while supplies last. Once a ticket has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again. Exchanges are only available on planholder seat locations. They are not available on priority tickets, group sales, tickets purchased through public sales, gift certificates or tickets purchased through any other means.

Exchange dates for 2012 season:

All games are available for exchange except Tuesday, July 10.

Season Ticket Privileges are Non-Transferable

Season Ticket Holders do not have the right to transfer the seat locations designated by their tickets to any person, whether by a request to transfer the account into another name or by an attempt to transfer the seat locations or renewal privilege described below by sale, gift, transfer by will or trust, property settlement, transfer to creditors or any other means. It is important to the Mystics to protect and reward Mystics fans by allowing them the opportunity to upgrade their seat locations rather than allowing Season Ticket Holders to transfer accounts to friends or sell them to third parties. Therefore, any attempt to sell or otherwise transfer season ticket privileges to third parties will not be recognized by the Mystics and may result

in cancellation of all season ticket privileges. Any court order directing distribution of season tickets to a person not listed as a Season Ticket Holder, whether in bankruptcy, or otherwise, will result in the Mystics exercise of its rights immediately to withdraw the license represented by the tickets, including any season ticket renewal privileges, upon refund by the Mystics of all amounts paid for games that have not yet been played. For the purposes of legal title to a season ticket account, the name appearing on the FIRST LINE of your mailing address label is the legal owner. Names or company names found on the second line are merely “contact” names.
