Relationships are the most important aspect in everybody’s life. Healthy relationships are based upon each person ability in having a relationship with him-or-herself. Relationship with the self is the most important building block of a relationship.

If one does not have a relationship with the self, it is truly impossible to have a healthy relationship with anybody. It is not possible to be honest with the “other” if one is not in contact with oneself. Relationship with the self is a source of pleasure and expansion and needs time and nurturing in order to grow. Many people prefer to have healthy, happy relationship with the people in their lives, whether they are parentchild relationships, marriage or love relationships, family relationships, friendships, or even relationships with work colleagues. Building a healthy relationship is a normal and natural desire. Healthy relationships are a vital aspect of mental health and general health and wellness.
