We set up Win Technologies in 2001 to provide digital marketing services for online clients. Evolving with the infinitely expanding online world and adapting to stay ahead of trends and regulations, we now stand at the top of our game – a proud member of the Betway Group and a leader in digital marketing and customer relationship management. Our clients are market leaders in online gambling, supplying worldclass sports betting, casino, bingo and eSports products to markets across the globe. These days our ever-growing organisation comprises over 400 employees in our London-based office in Camden. Our teams of marketers, analysts, designers, developers and copywriters ensure we consistently deliver, thanks to a diversity of experience, in-depth knowledge of the online environment and an international network. Values & Culture Our culture is defined by our people and we’re proud of the friendly and open environment in our offices. We’re a company that holds innovation and creativity in high regard. All of our directors are seated with the rest of the staff, not hidden away in offices. Graduate Scheme Overview We offer between nine and 12 placements each year to recent graduates to join us in our London office. We’re on the lookout for candidates who’d like to share the thrill of working in a diverse, fastpaced and dynamic environment. You’ll undertake a 12-month placement, split into three three-month rotations across different areas of the company and a dedicated learning and development programme. You’ll get full, relevant training and your areas of work could include: • Branding, copywriting and digital marketing (PPC, SEO, programmatic) • Analytics, direct marketing analysis and direct marketing communications • Frontend and backend development and QA • Business analysis, product ownership and product support We look to hire graduates into permanent positions once the placement is over, so we hope this will be the beginning of an exciting career with Win Technologies.

Marketing Programme Our marketing programme offers two schemes, consisting of the following rotations within the business: • Brand marketing, copywriting and digital marketing (PPC, SEO, programmatic) • Analytics, direct marketing analysis and direct marketing communications These schemes are designed for Marketing, Communications, Business, Economics, English, Creative Writing and Journalism graduates, although other relevant degrees will be considered. What we can give you: A vibrant marketing environment that rewards creativity and innovation. We’ll help you hone the skills to drive our brands to the next level in a highly competitive market. What we’re looking for: A strong academic record with a minimum 2:1 bachelor’s degree. You have well-developed communication skills, a talent for building and managing

relationships and the ability to influence others. You’re a strong critical thinker with good business acumen. You don’t always know the answers, but you approach problem-solving strategically and creatively. You adapt well to a changing environment. This programme could prepare you for any of the following roles: • Brand Marketing Executive • Copywriter • PPC Executive • SEO Executive • Programmatic Media Executive • Retention Executive • Marketing Communication Executive • Analyst • Social Media Executive • Sports Writer

Technical Programme Our technical programme offers two schemes, consisting of the following rotations within the business: • Frontend and backend development and QA • Business analysis, product ownership and product support These schemes are designed for Computer Science, Mathematics, Business and Project Management graduates, although other relevant degrees will be considered. What we can give you: An agile environment that rewards team work and innovation. We’ll help to develop your passion for technology as you hone the skills to understand and improve it. What we’re looking for: A strong academic record with a minimum 2:1 bachelor’s degree. You live and breathe technology. You’re a strong critical thinker with a talent for problem solving. You know how to communicate with colleagues and stakeholders and you’re good at influencing

others. Your business acumen is second to none. Even in an ever-changing environment, you maintain exceptional organisation and time management. This programme could prepare you for any of the following roles: • Web Developer • Software Developer • QA Engineer • Business Analyst • Product Owner • Product Support Analyst • Project Manager
