Projects Professional Projects as part of Reliance Tech Services Ltd DAIICT eCampus Security Enhancement The project involves analysis and fixing security vulnerabilities in the existing eCampus application. The project involved detailed study of security flaws of the application, solution proposal and implementation. DTH(Direct-to-Home) CRM development Part of the development team responsible for developing customized CRM implementation for “BIG TV”, DTH service of Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group. Individually responsible for developing Customer Care module. CRM(Customer Relationship Management) Support Part of the business support system team, involved in maintaining and enhancing CRM client for Reliance Communications Ltd. Individual responsibilities included day-to-day handling of live production issues, frequent interaction with clients, troubleshooting and hotfixing business critical defects. Academic Projects Genetic Algorithms in Program Evolution and Scheduling (BTech Final Year Project) The project explored how Genetic Algorithms could be used in the automatic generation of programs. Then given a particular input program, the Genetic Algorithm based scheduler was implemented to schedule the input program for a pipelined environment. The scheduler was used to optimise the program for delays and hazards associated with an instruction pipeline. SimplyMail-Web based mail application Was part of a ten-member team that created ‘SimplyMail’, a web-based mail application. The team was responsible for the development of the software from conception to testing, through all the phases of the software development lifecycle. Individual responsibilities included clientside design and scripting for drag-and-drop functionalities. Water Supply Management using a Microcontroller Designed and implemented an algorithm to regulate the water supply, and prevent leakages, wastages to the men’s hostel. The code was implemented to be used on an AVR Atmel 8535 microcontroller chip.
Transaction management system Designed and developed a database system to keep track of buy and sell records. Oracle 8i was used for the back end, and VB6 was used for the front end.
