TIME IS RUNNING OUT! You have until March 31, 2014, to sign up for the Thrivent Choice Program for the 2013 year. If you haven’t already, or if you are not sure if you signed up in 2013, you may do one of the following: 1. Call 1-800-847-4836. You will be asked by a recording what you are looking for. Just say “Thrivent Choice”. They will ask you for the last 4 digits of your social security number or your Thrivent identification number and you will be transferred to an assistant. There are 3 or 4 questions that you will be asked; your name, if you are calling from your home phone, your date of birth, and your address. You will then be asked what organization you would like to have your money go to. Tell them St. John Church or St. John School, and make sure you tell them the location is East Madison Street, Waterloo. 2. You may also sign up online with your sign in number, etc. Go to www.thrivent.com and click on Thrivent Choice. 3. You may stop in the office and someone will be happy to assist you. Directing this money to church or school does not affect your dividends, interest, or anything you have with Thrivent. This is in addition to what you receive on your policies. If you have any questions, please contact the church and school office at 920-478-2707.
