THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 5 Meet the Maker with Martin Strachan of Bleasdale Vineyards 2-4pm FREE Style: In Store Pop-Up Tasting Founded in 1850 by English migrant Frank Potts, Bleasdale is rich in history and is producing some of Australia’s most exciting and consistently impressive premium wines. The philosophy of the Bleasdale winemaking team is to capture the essence of what makes Langhorne Creek red wines so attractive – vibrancy, harmony and texture. Whether it is a Sparkling Shiraz, a Malbec, or the Frank Potts Cabernet, each glass of wine conveys a story that substantiates its history, diversity, and, increasingly, its pedigree. We are elated to welcome Martin Strachan, General Manager of Bleasdale Vineyards, for a tour through the award-winning wines of Australia’s second oldest family owned winery.

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 12 Top Taste Bud Tantalizers 7-8:30pm $25 Style: Seated Tasting, Non-Reserved Seating Ready to have your mind, not to mention your taste buds, blown? Tonight, Dave the Beer Guy will be pouring some of the most flavourful barrel-aged brews, sours, and imperial stouts our beer room has ever held! Whether you typically play it safe or you think you’ve tried everything, this class will have something new for everyone!

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 13 VQA Mini Festival 7-9pm $35 Style: Walkabout Festival, Food and Tasting Stations, No Seating We’re starting our festival season with a celebration of the high-quality wines from our home and native land! Like France’s AOC, Italy’s DOC and Germany’s QmP, the Vintners Quality Alliance is Canada’s strict quality assurance program that is dedicated to promoting and protecting locally produced wines. At our VQA Mini Festival, you’ll be tasting wines that are 100% Canadian, from the grape variety to regional expressions!
