HOSPITAL RESOURCES Mail Incoming and outgoing mail is delivered and picked up once a day. Please have your friends and family address your mail as follows: Your full name Your room number*, third floor Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital 150 Kilgour Road Toronto, ON Canada M4G 1R8 * Be sure to include East or West in your room number (i.e. 3E200) Outgoing mail with postage can be put in the mailboxes located by the elevators on each floor or left at your nursing station. Mail that is received after you go home will be forwarded to your home.
Grocery Foundation Resource Centre We invite clients, families, staff, related professionals, students and volunteers to visit our resource centre to learn about Holland Bloorview’s programs, services, equipment and disability-focused information. The resource centre offers information on a range of topics related to growing up with a disability and different supports for children and youth as they develop and grow. Workshops and parent group activities offer families opportunities to meet other families. By networking with other parents and resource staff families can learn about different resources available to them. You can also find many client and family resources on our website at www.hollandbloorview.ca/ resourcecentre. Location: Located on the first floor, past the main reception. Health Sciences Library Serving clinicians, researchers, students, staff, clients and families, Holland Bloorview’s Health Sciences Library is a full teaching hospital library of the University of Toronto and part of the Health Science Information Consortium of Toronto. The library collection is focused on the subject areas of programs offered at Holland Bloorview, including child development, parenting, nutrition, cerebral palsy, spina bifida, neuromuscular disorders, brain injury, cleft palate and genetic disorders.
