How does restorative yoga work to relieve chronic stress? •

Supportive postures are held for 10-15 minutes to elicit the “Relaxation Response” *1 releasing deeply held muscular tensions.

Each sequence is designed to move the spine in all directions Well being is enhanced by a healthy spine
