Commander Kenneth J. Rynes of Post No. 13 and Department Auxiliary President Joyce Endres led the Wisconsin delegation to Springfield, Illinois on February 12th for the 80th Annual American Legion Pilgrimage to the tomb of President Abraham Lincoln.
