If you have an existing hoarding If you have an existing advertising site which fits within our investment brief, we will submit a formal purchase offer for the advertising rights to the site. // 7

We are able to complete purchases very quickly providing an attractive opportunity to receive a lump sum payment as opposed to lesser and higher risk rental payments. Initially all we require are the outline details of your agreement with the billboard operator: rent, term, etc. (before completion we must receive a copy of the agreement).

What we’re looking to purchase We only require the land on which the footprint of the advertising hoarding is built, or the rights to advertise on the wall of your building. // 8

We can include provisions for you to buy this back at a later stage should you wish to sell or develop the land, enabling you to maintain long-term control of the site. Alternatively we can acquire whole sites including any other commercial property assets on the land.

If you have a site with potential for advertising Wildstone also acquire sites that are suitable for advertising but not yet developed. Acquisitions are subject to Wildstone obtaining planning permission for the display(s). Wildstone Planning are specialists in this field with an unrivalled record in obtaining advertising consents where others have failed. In some cases we can also complete a purchase unconditionally.

FAQ I receive a good income from the site, why should I sell? You will be paid a lump sum within a matter of weeks, but will still maintain long-term control over the site. // 12

What are the risks to my site? The decline in the economy coupled with an over-supply of advertising sites has resulted in advertising companies reducing rents and in many cases terminating contracts. With more and more advertising sites being built, local authorities are serving an increasing number of discontinuance notices (without compensation), often on sites that have been established for many years. Erection of building, road signs and growth of trees etc. that hinder access or visibility, may render a site valueless.

// Wildstone

Why do these risks not apply to your investment fund? The same risks do apply but the risk is spread across a large and varied portfolio of sites. // 13

What exactly am I selling? You are selling the advertising asset. This usually constitutes the footprint of land the advertisement is built on, or the rights to advertise on the wall of your building (usually sold as freehold or long leasehold interest). What if I want to sell or develop my site in the future? We can include provisions for you to buy your site back at the greater of: market value at the time of sale, or at the price paid by our client (plus transaction costs and inflation). This enables you to benefit from a lump sum of cash now, whilst maintaining control over the long term value and potential of the site.
