BEYOND APP

The BEYOND hearing aid app lets you control your hearing aids directly from your phone, allowing you to adjust volume settings, listening programs, find your hearing aids and more. With easy streaming from your iPhone® to your BEYOND hearing aids, you’re quickly and easily connected to phone calls, music and more — all in clear and pure sound.

How to download the Widex BEYOND app from the App Store: 1. From your compatible iPhone,* open the App Store® icon.

2. In the Search field, enter Widex BEYOND and tap the app.

3. Tap Get to download the app for free.

4. Tap Install.

5. Enter your Apple ID password or use Touch ID when prompted to complete the installation.

How to download the Widex BEYOND app from Google Play: 1. From your compatible Android™*, open the Google Play Store app.

2. In the Search field, enter Widex BEYOND and select the app.

3. Tap Install to download the app for free.

4. PAIR BEYOND WITH YOUR PHONE Pair with Android

Confirm Bluetooth is On. Go to Settings and select Accessibility.

Select Hearing Devices.

Place BEYOND close to the iPhone® or iPad.® Open and close the battery door. The Apple device will search for BEYOND devices. Once connected, select the Hearing Aids under Devices.

NOTE: For iOS 12.4 or earlier, access hearing aid pairing options through Settings > General > Accessibility > MFI Hearing Devices.

Select Pair for each hearing device.

Once complete, the hearing aids will appear.

BEYOND is now paired.

Select Adjust Independently ON to control each hearing aid separately.

Confirm Bluetooth is ON. Search for devices.

Select Hearing Aids when they appear.

NOTE: The BEYOND hearing instruments and the BEYOND app work similarly on both Android and iOS with one exception; a Widex COM-DEXTM wireless device is needed for Android to stream audio directly to BEYOND hearing aids.
