Experience — Before joining the faculty at Widener Law Commonwealth, Professor Francis served as an Assistant Professor of Law at Mississippi College School of Law and the Director of the Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Center. Prior to his academic appointments, he served as a federal prosecutor with the US Attorney’s Office and an active duty Army JAG officer.
