Explore the history of our Civil Rights Movement through Jazz music with renowned flutist, Galen Abdur-Razzaq. Galen chronicles jazz music from the turn of the century to present day. This is a familyfriendly program with emphasis on understanding and appreciation of jazz and its historical significance - a true American heritage. Family.

2-5’S STORYTIME Fridays | March 6, 13, 20; April 3, 17; May 1, 8, 15 10:30-11 a.m.

All 2, 3, 4, and 5 year olds and their caregivers are welcome to join us at the downtown library for stories, music, singing, fingerplays, and a take home craft. This half-hour program is designed to introduce young children to the joys of reading and to encourage parents/ caregivers to read with their children at home. Ages 2-5.
