A new winery and vineyard is being constructed on five acres of prime agricultural land along the Wild Rice River in Colfax, North Dakota. Dr. Deb Grosz and Dr. Bob Grosz are owners of Dakota Vines Vineyard and Winery, expected to open in June 2018. The couple, who just celebrated 32 years of marriage in August, gave a presentation about their venture to about 40 guests at Crooked Lane Farm in Colfax recently.

The couple are both educators – he is associate superintendent of Fargo Public Schools and she is director of field services at Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. The parents of three adult children, they live in the FargoMoorhead area. The journey to opening PHOTOS PIXABAY
