Frontiersman Youth Court Sports and Conditioning for Kids

June 1-mid-August Ages 7-13 Cost: $10 for non-members (free for members) Morning classes, Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m.-10:25 a.m. Evening Classes, 5:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m. ( No class on Friday evenings). Description: Coaches instruct basic sports played on courts such as Basketball, Volleyball, Dodge Ball, and Badminton. Plus popular games such as Sharks and Minnows and various games of tag. Focus is on improving balance, coordination, reaction and strength. Kids are taught proper muscle warm up and cool down techniques and fun activities to keep kids active throughout class time.
