THE PLATTING BOARD WILL CONVENE AT 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, November 7, 2013 in the New Assembly Chambers of the Dorothy Swanda Jones Building, 350 E. Dahlia Avenue, Palmer, Alaska. If you would like to send comments regarding the proposed action, please mail to MSB, Platting Division, 350 E. Dahlia Ave, Palmer, AK 99645 or fax to 746-7407. Comments received by 3:00 PM one week prior to the meeting will be included in the Platting Board packet. Comments received up to 4:00 PM one day prior to the meeting will be given to the Platting Board in a “Hand Out” packet the day of the meeting. In order to be eligible to file an appeal from a decision of the Platting Board, a person must be designated an interested party pursuant to MSB 15.39.010. The procedures governing appeals to the Board of Adjustment & Appeals are contained in MSB 15.39.010-250, which is available on the borough Internet home page located at (www.matsugov.us), or at various libraries within the borough.
