The Matanuska-Susitna Borough (MSB), Land Management Division, has received a request from Central Alaska Energy, LLC, to place a pipeline(s) and necessary structures in the MSB surveyed utility corridor, from the ship dock to the tank farm leasehold (MSB006551) to facilitate fuel products transportation. The proposed pipeline easement area is 15 feet wide along the south and west of the utility corridor as displayed with final placement determined by stamped engineer drawings. Township 14 North, Range 04 West, Sections 25, 26, and 36, Seward Meridian. Primary activity is to be fu el transportation. Supporting material is available for public inspection during normal business hours on the 2nd floor of the Matanuska-Susitna Borough building in the Land Management Division. ATTENTION The Matanuska-Susitna Borough Assessor’s office mailed the 2013 Business Inventory Assessment Returns on December 04, 2012. Business Inventory is exempt from borough taxation to a limit of $1,000,000 in value, per Borough Code 3.15.035(c). Any business owner receiving a return must respond in order for this office to determine the appropriate exemption. All persons who own and/or have control of taxable business inventory within the borough are required
by Alaska Statute 29.45.120 to file such a return with the Borough Assessor’s Office.
