Ordinance Serial No. 14-27: Amending the FY2014 budget by appropriating $1,700 within the Asset Forfeiture Fund for Wasilla Police Department officer training. 3. Ordinance Serial No. 14-28: Adopting the Wasilla Municipal Code Chapter 6.20, in regard to the operation of Taxicabs. 4. Ordinance Serial No. 14-29: Adopting Wasilla Municipal Code 9.36 relating to Excessive Police Responses. 5. Ordinance Serial No. 14-30: Adopting Wasilla Municipal Code Chapter 9.32, in regard to Panhandling. 6. Ordinance Serial No. 14-31: Amending Wasilla Municipal Code 6.16.010, in regard to the definition of “licensed premises” in the Liquor License Chapter of the Code. C. Resolutions 1. Resolution Serial No. 14-19: Accepting an Alaska Community Forestry Grant in the amount of $3,000 for projects in Iditapark. 2. Resolution Serial No. 14-20: Authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Area 51 Hobby and Games, LLC for leased space in the Meta Rose Square in the amount of $35,472 for twenty-four (24) months. 3. Resolution Serial No. 14-21: Authorizing a 30-year lease at the Wasilla Airport for Lease Lots 7, 8, and 9 to Soloy Helicopters. 4. Resolution Serial No. 14-22: Adopting Fiscal Year 2015 Salary Structure and Pay Ranges for Non-Union, Laborers’ Local 341 and Teamsters Local 959 Employees of the City of Wasilla. D. Action Memorandums 1. AM No. 14-14: Awarding a three (3) year contract to Tekmate, LLC. in the amount of $104,000 for Information Technology Support Services. 2. AM No. 14-18: Authorizing water main extension oversizing costs in accordance with Wasilla Municipal Code 13.04.190.D.2 for Kendall Ford water main extension by a private developer in the amount of $75,944. 3. AM No. 14-19: Authorization to extend the contract for one (1) option year and awarding renewal to KPMG, in the amount of $53,450 for the purpose of Independent Auditing Services for fiscal year ending June 30, 2014. 4. AM No. 14-20: Authorization to extend the contract for one (1) option year and awarding renewal to Denali Law Group, in the amount of $84,200 for the purpose of General Council and Legal Services. 5. AM No. 14-21: Authorization to extend the contract for one (1) option year and awarding renewal to Wells Fargo, in the amount of $34,050 for the purpose of Banking Services. 6. AM No. 14-22: Authorizing a contract extension to Tew’s Inc. in the amount of $438,000 for the City’s Fiscal Year 2015 Equipment Rental with Operator contract.
