We are a Domiciliary Care Agency, covering the Herne Bay and Whitstable areas and offering a wide range of services. We are “Preferred Providers” to Kent County Council Social Services and registered with CQC (Care Quality Commission). We endeavour to reach and exceed the National Minimum Standards. We have a large number of Private Service Users and Direct Payments Service Users and also offer payment by “Kent Card”. We are an equal opportunities company; the office staff are helpful and friendly. All carer’s are regularly shadowed and have an on going training regime. All members of the staff from office staff to carers have an Enhanced CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) disclosure and ISA first/registration and CRB (Independent Safeguarding Authority). We also offer full training and encourage the carers to take NVQ qualifications in care. Every Service user has a contact book in their home; this has a care plan in place. Contact books are regularly checked and revised. We also liaise with care managers and health professionals.
