programme INFORMATION This programme is designed to prepare students for further study in music, DJ music, or live sound and event production. The main focus is on music performance and theory. Areas covered on this programme include: >> Instrument studies, students will learn to play their preferred instrument >> Introduction to playing in a band >> Understand music; theory, ear training and musicianship >> Health and safety in the music industry

Further study options Graduates of this programme can apply to enrol in the Certificate in Live Sound and Event Production, Certificate in DJ Music, Certificate in Rock, Jazz and Commercial Music or the Bachelor of Applied Arts (Music)
