Step 2 Step 1 Using your die cutting machine, cut out the Hot Air Balloon Die and the larger balloon die from the Balloon Die Set.
Pop the die cuts out of the dies. Your dies should look like these.

Step 3 Snip the bottom part of the larger balloon die cut. It should look like a simple oval. Now you can layer them!
