Pilates Private/SemiPrivate/Semi-private/ Small Group Training Duration: 55 minutes

The Mind Body Programs

Get ready for a challenging, non-stop workout. A Pilates Private alternates between exercises on the Mat, Reformer, Stability Chair, Foam Roller, Cadillac and other smaller props. You pick the participants, the time, the date and we will make sure you experience all the benefits that Pilates has to offer. No prior Pilates experience is necessary, but if working in a small group, it is more beneficial if all participants are at a similar level.

The pace is moderate, yet challenging and will tone and lengthen muscles, strengthen the core and provide an invigorating total body workout. Capacity for the class is 5 participants. Participants will meet once a week for 6 weeks. Pilates and Reformer Fundamentals or at least 2 private sessions on the Reformer is mandatory prior to taking this class. Cancellation Policy: To qualify for a refund, participants are required to give at least 72-hr. notice prior to the beginning of a session.
