ELIGIBILITY: Full- and part-time faculty and staff may apply at any time, along with their: • Spouses • Parents, parents-in-law, step parents, step parents-in-law • Grandparents, grandparents-in-law, step grandparents, step grandparents-in-law • Adult children (18 years of age or older) • Siblings and their spouses (brothers- and sisters-in-law) Wake Forest University provides group longterm care insurance at competitive group rates. There is no age limit for you to apply, but your family members must be under age 76. If you are in your 30-day new hire period, you and your spouse have access to the underwriting concessions. Coverage under this program is portable, so it can move with you if you change jobs, retire, or leave the University. AGE-BASED PREMIUMS Long-term care insurance is agebased, with premiums determined during the application process.
