Cooperative Association, Inc., will be held at 8:00 a.m. Saturday, April 27, 2013 at the Graceville Civic Center, 224 Brown St. (Hwy. 77), Graceville, Florida. All WFEC members are invited to come and participate. By attending, members will have the opportunity to gain valuable information about their cooperative. WFEC’s Board of Trustees and employees hope to make this year’s meeting as informative and entertaining as possible. Show your support and interest in your electric cooperative by attending the 2013 Member Appreciation Day and Annual Meeting. Respectfully submitted,

Joe Rone, Secretary-Treasurer/District 8 Trustee

His name was Bose Babcock and he taught me a lot about cows, ranching and farming. I’ve learned a lot from others throughout the years as well, but there are too many to name. 81273002 If you could meet anyone (living or dead) who would it be and why? I’d like to meet Gene Autry because he was so successful during his career - starting out as a cowboy, becoming a movie star and owning a professional baseball team. I think he’d have interesting stories to tell about his life. What is your favorite quote or saying? I think that would be the “Golden Rule” – treat others as you would have them treat you. I believe it is very important to treat people in a good and Christian way and help people any way I can. I try to be a friend to everyone I can. The older I get, the more I realize how important it is to do that. 48177002 Is there anything else you’d like to share? I really enjoy serving on the WFEC Board of Trustees and helping the members in any way I can. I serve on the board with a great bunch of people and have enjoyed getting to know them and their families. I look forward to serving the members for the next three years of my term and to the challenges and opportunities that may present themselves for West Florida Electric in the coming months and years.
