NOTICE OF PROPOSED STREET CLOSURE BYLAW The Council of the City of Weyburn, pursuant to Section 13(1) of the Cities Act, hereby gives notice of its intention to consider passage of a bylaw to allow for the closure and sale of the undeveloped road as further described below. AND TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the proposed Bylaw has been deposited in my office, in the City Hall, Weyburn, Saskatchewan, and may be inspected by any person without payment of any fee between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, holidays excepted, up to Noon on Friday, July 20, 2018. It is proposed to close the undeveloped road described as Pittman Road shown as road, lying east and west intersecting with Queen Street and Grace Street. The map of the proposed lane closure is available at: www.weyburn.ca/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/2018.3382_Notice.pdf The reason for the closure is to allow for the sale and consolidation of the property adjacent at the south east, known as 1225 Pittman Road. The Council, at its meeting to be held on July 23, 2018, which starts at 5 p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Weyburn, Sask. will consider any written submissions, and verbal presentations respecting this proposed undeveloped road closure.
