A perfect fit. Twenty years ago, a group of passionate community volunteers partnered with the City of Calgary and generous donors to build Westside Recreation Centre. Ten years ago, the community rallied again and, with the support of the City of Calgary, Province of Alberta and other committed supporters, funded a major renovation that expanded and improved our spaces. Today, Westside Recreation Centre is enjoyed by more than 1.4 million visitors each year. And we’re just getting started.
