Psalm 1 – to remember to embrace God’s word as part of your worship. Psalm 14 – to lament that people don’t seek after God. Psalm 16 – to entrust yourself to God and foster your contentment with His care. Psalm 19 – to celebrate God’s revelation of himself through nature and His word. Psalm 20 – to look to God as the one that gives success and victory. Psalm 22 – to lament for being wrongly accused or attacked. Psalm 23 – to deepen your trust in God in the midst of difficult circumstances. Psalm 24 – to convey the amazing privilege of entering into the presence of our Creator God. Psalm 27 – to express confidence and trust in God regardless of your circumstances. Psalm 32 – to express thanks to God for having your sins forgiven. Psalm 34 – to express thanks to God for His care. Psalm 37 – to remind you of the benefits of staying faithful to God. Psalm 42 – to remind you that God is the only one that satisfies the longing of your soul. Psalm 51 – to express your need for forgiveness. Psalm 55 – to ask for God’s help when dealing with people that are against you. Psalm 63 – to express confident expectation in times of trouble. Psalm 71 – to lament when people take advantage of you because of your weakness or distress. Psalm 73 – to help you gain perspective when you see people who don’t love God prospering. Psalm 90 – to recognize God as eternal and to ask him to have mercy on us and bless us. Psalm 91 – to express the refuge and safety that is found in God alone. Psalm 93 – to praise God for His kingly rule over creation. Psalm 100 – to give thanks as you come to God in worship. Psalm 103 – to celebrate the love and goodness of God for His people. Psalm 110 – to celebrate the fact that Jesus has taken His Davidic kingship by His resurrection. Psalm 111 – to celebrate the great works that God has done to make us His people. Psalm 118 – to praise God for His steadfast love and His rescue from distress. Psalm 119 – to celebrate God’s word as your guide for life. Psalm 121 – to show that you can be confident of God’s tireless care of your life. Psalm 127 – to express that all toil is worthless without God’s blessing.
