BALANCE & STRENGTH Ages 40+. This is a fitness class that incorporates the balance, grace, and strength of ballet to tone your body, stretch your muscles, and help you move with fantastic freedom. This class emphasizes core strength, flexibility, and stamina by completing a warm-up, ballet movement exercises, and cool down exercises. You can expect to focus on the entire core postural muscles that keep your body strong, balanced, and fit. No dance experience is required.
