BOOKING FEE

Children under the age of 13 MUST be accompanied by an adult. For certain shows, babes in arms under the age of 18 months are welcome free of charge and may share a seat with you. Prams and buggies are not permitted inside the auditorium for safety reasons.

Please Note: It is not always possible for us to store Large Mobility Scooters inside the building. We will always try to accommodate them, but cannot guarantee this.

The Box Office is normally* open 10am - 4.30pm from Monday to Saturday (closed lunchtime 12.30pm – 1.30pm) and 1 hour before performances.

PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express. Cheques should be made payable to ‘West Cliff Theatre’. Bookings should be paid for within five working days. A booking fee of £1 will apply on all ticket sales and reservations made online, over the phone or in person, whether paying by cash, cheque or credit/debit card. Prices that are displayed in this brochure include this fee. For more information about why we need to charge this fee visit www. westcliffclacton.co.uk/booking-fee-information or speak to a member of our box office.

WHEELCHAIR SPACES

Concessionary tickets are available for patrons over 60 years and children under 16 years as well as special Group rates on some shows. Please check show pricing and for group bookings contact the Box Office by email or phone.

Messa ge from Mana ger Sprin g 2022 It would be fair to say that it’s been a funny old year or so, but hasn’t it been brilliant getting back to seeing shows, often close to full with people singing, laughing and generally having a fabulous time. I can’t tell you how much it has meant to all of us here at the theatre to see so many people coming back and supporting us and the shows. So thank you. And we were delighted and also caught off guard when the wonderful Lee Mead announced from the Stage that he was accepting the role of Patron for the West Cliff.

Lee really has been a massive supporter of us and we are thrilled to have him as a member of the West Cliff Family. We have a bumper year lined up, and very much look forward to welcoming customers both old and new to the theatre in 2022 and beyond. Thank you again to the entire team at the West Cliff and to you for your continued support, without you we just wouldn’t be here.
