Peacefully at the Arnprior Hospital on Monday afternoon, July 9th, 2012 following a lengthy illness. Gregory Hugh Stanton of Loggerâ€™s Way at the age of 81 years. Beloved son of the late John Joseph Stanton and the late Mary Ellen Kelly. Brother of Leona Bradley (late Elliott) of Arnprior. Predeceased by 2 brothers: Keith Stanton (late Rita) and Omar â€œJackâ€? Stanton (late Anne). Greg will be lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews and their families, and by his friends and neighbors. A kind and gentle man, Greg was proud of his heritage and his family. He loved people. He strived to reach out to others and always maintained a positive approach. We will miss his sense of humour. A man of deep faith has left this world for a better place.
