In Partnership with the Santa Fe Opera, Young Voices Program This extraordinary partnership between the The Wertheim and the Santa Fe Opera had its beginnings in early 2020. After years of preparation and anticipation, the students were finally able to head out to the West Coast for an incredible on tour opportunity with the Young Voices Program this March. PAGE 22
Throughout the week-long residency, the students engaged in a variety of activities designed to foster artistic and professional growth. The students toured the grounds of the opera center and were able to explore production areas, such as costume and set design workshops, rehearsal spaces, and backstage areas. These behind-the-scenes glimpses provided a deeper understanding of the intricate production process that brings operatic performances to life.
