THEY DON’T ANSWER? That`s normal, they might have a lot of people and they weren't interested in your profile, that`s why we recommend to send AT LEAST 10 EMAILS per day. So don’t feel sad or anxious. WHAT IF I WANT TO SENT A PICTURE OF ME? That would be nice, like attaching a video about you or showing your work, you can be as creative as you want, having on mind you are applying for a job. WHAT IF MORE THAN 1 TN MANAGER ASK ME FOR AN INTERVIEW? You can have as many interviews as you want if you haven't sent an Acceptance Note yet. WHAT IF THEY ANSWER ASKING ME TO SENT MY ACCEPTANCE NOTE? DO NOT DO IT! Some TN Managers do it to make sure they “own” the person even before having an interview with them to avoid the EP keep searching. IT does NOT assure you that you`ll be selected.
