Your Parking Fine Could Stop You Getting A Mortgage

DVLA hold your incorrect address, or if the court papers were simply sent to the wrong address. QualitySolicitors Davisons have seen a recent growth in the number of clients running into trouble with credit ratings because of these unforeseen judgements.

Old parking fines can resurface after years to cause headaches when applying for personal loans, credit cards, mortgages or even a new employment contract. This can be because of unknown County Court Judgement (CCJ) entered against them.
