Handy tips for your home... CLEANING CHROME APPLIANCES To remove and clean finger prints from stainless steel appliances, add a small amount of baby oil to a clean, soft microfibre cloth and wipe the surface in the direction of the grain.

CLEANING THE MICROWAVE To soften splatters inside the microwave, fill a cup with water and microwave on high for a few minutes. The steam will loosen any baked on food so you can easily wipe it clean.

REMOVING ANIMAL HAIR The best way to collect and remove the hair from the furniture is to use rubber gloves. Put them on and wipe your hand across the hair. The pet hair will then begin to clump together and form bundles in places. This makes it easier for you to pick the hair up in bunches and put in the bin.

CLEANING BEHIND RADIATORS Hang a damp newspaper behind the radiator and blow behind the radiator with a hairdryer. This will force out the hidden dust, forcing it to stick to the cloth or newspaper that you have strategically placed behind the radiator.

Terms & Conditions... The Client should also be aware that all Wellshine agents are franchisees of the company. Wellshine Ltd takes no responsibility for any payment made by the Client to the agent, as these monies are not paid to Wellshine Ltd. REGULAR CLEANING Wellshine will perform the work specified by the Client in a professional manner. Wellshine reserves the right to make changes to any part of these Terms and Conditions without notice. By ordering Wellshine service via telephone, e-mail or website the client is agreeing to be bound by Wellshine Terms and Conditions of Service. The Client must allow the agent access to hot water and power. Wellshine reserves the right not to be responsible for any damages caused by inappropriate cleaning materials provided by the client Wellshine will not be responsible for discolouring of fabrics that become more visible once soil has been removed. The company offers a regular cleaning service at the rate of £......... per hour. The minimum booking is 2 hours. The client may cancel a single cleaning visit by giving at least 24 hours notice in advance. The client agrees to pay the full price of the cleaning visit if the client cancels or changes the day/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment ONCE ONLY CLEANING The client is recommended to check the quality of the cleaning work carried out immediately after completion of the work. In the event that the client is not satisfied with the standard of work, he/she should contact the company not more that 24 hours after the completion of the service. Unless good reason is given for late notification of any complaint, the company will not consider any complaints which are notified after such period of 24 hours. When booking a service, the Client is obliged to provide details of name, address, telephone, e-mail address and the payment details over the phone. As soon as this information has been submitted the Client will be sent an e-mail confirmation one working day before the session in respect of the Company’s Terms and Conditions. The Client accepts these Terms and Conditions unless s/he contacts the Company before the cleaning session has started. INSURANCE The Home help operatives and cleaners have full public liability insurance and are CRB checked. In the event of lost keys Wellshine will reimburse all costs of changing locks when an invoice is provided. EQUIPMENT Wellshine will provide all cleaning material and equipment on request. Please note that this may be subject to a surcharge. The client is not allowed to employ any Wellshine cleaners/agents for at least 6 months after the termination of services by either customer or agent. If the customer wishes to hire or use domestic services provided by such a cleaner then he/she must pay a referral fee of £400. Working with Wellshine is based on trust. Both the customer and Wellshine are obligated not to disclose any confidential information about each other to a third party. ALL PRICES INCLUDE VAT.
